Erica Daly our Wilson Bryson Dennis School of Irish Dance Rose

Erica grew up in a small town just outside of Toronto where she spent 17 years in competitive Irish dancing. Through dance, she had the opportunity to travel and compete in North America, the UK and Ireland. Her travels have taught her that every day provides an opportunity to learn something new. With a passion for education, Erica recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Integrated Business and Humanities from McMaster University followed by a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University. She strongly believes in protecting our Earth’s natural resources and hopes to one day share this belief with the next generation as a university professor. Erica currently works in the Centre for Climate Change Management at Mohawk College. In her spare time, Erica can be found reading, doing the Saturday morningcrossword with a cup of coffee, learning Italian, or volunteering with ALS Canada and the Halton Hills Public Library as a Board of Directors member. Erica’s Irish roots stem from her paternal grandparents who were born in Ballinasloe and Portumna, Co. Galway, Ireland. She is excited to celebrate her Irish heritage through participating in the Toronto Rose of Tralee.
