Many of you don't know that I do 1-to-1 or INDIVIDUAL SOUND HEALING THERAPY treatments from the beautiful, tranquill space of Nore Therapies in the heart of Kilkenny, on William street, on Wednesday afternoons & nights. A little explanation about the difference between a group session and a one~to~one sound therapy session and also on my 1-to-1 yoga sessions and breathwork.

💜 With one~to~one sound healing the whole sound healing session is focused solely on you, in a holistic way. After an initial consultation, I will probably lay all the singing bowls all around you. I may place some on top of you and I possibly play the gongs close up to you. I may use my tuning forks also, on and off the body and I might also play my soothing frame drum nearer to you also my native American flute, or my slit drum.
Depending on what you need, what we need to focus on, wheter it's physical, or emotional or mental, or something else, or simply just need to work something out or just and gain deeper understanding, or just need to unwind, de-stress, deeply relax or get a better deeper sleep.

🧡 I also offer an individually tailored ONE~to~ONE HATHA YOGA sessions . As a yoga teacher I love one~to~one sessions because it can be much more detailed and tailored completely to the individual.
It can be gentle, relaxing restorative yoga , or dinamic hatha yoga, (which is also relaxing at the end) or the combination of the two. Or it can be yogic breathwork ~ pranayama. With pranayama - breathwork we learn and practice a type of breath that can support your wellbeing in various ways.
