Today's wedding cake, freshly baked, decorated with gold leaf and teal accents, delivered to Sheen Falls Lodge where I set it up with flowers from Kenmare Flowers and it took pride of place in the The Drawing Room.

Two top tiers were light and zesty lemon cake filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd while the bottom tier was rich and indulgent chocolate Guinness and Baileys.

Throwback to a bright and sunny 2022, I had the privilege of creating a wedding cake for a lovely day at Dromquinar Manor. Aiming for a fusion of elegance and contemporary style, I'm really pleased with the final result.

The cake featured a marbled design on the bottom tier, while the top tier showcased a semi-naked style. This combination created an eye-catching centrepiece that I believe stood out beautifully.

Both tiers were adorned with gold leaf, and I also crafted some handmade sugar succulents to complete the look.

It was a delight to see this cake sitting atop the grand piano in Dromquinar Manor, fitting in perfectly with the surroundings.
