Meet Shantelle! 👋🏼

Shantelle began Taekwondo at age 5, and earned her black belt at just 13 years old. Shantelle has been apart of the Irish National Taekwondo Team since 2015, competing at World and European Levels. 🥋

Her impressive list of achievements include a bronze individual European medal in 2017 🥉and a silver in the team event at the Europeans in 2019 🥈

Shantelle has competed at various international events such as the British Open International where she earned the title of British Champion 2019 🏅👏🏻. Shantelle has won Numerous National Titles over the course of her career, earning her the title of best over all female in 3 events.

Shantelle plans to compete at the World Cup in Slovenia in October 💪🏼 Our manager and PT Philip has sponsored Shantelle since 2019 as her strength and conditioning coach and is delighted to be working with her again, now with the help and support of Fit4Life, who have sponsored Shantelle with an all access gym membership.

We’ve been getting some questions about our opening hours next week - so here you go! 🇮🇪☘️

We will close Thursday the 17th, and operate on bank holiday hours Friday the 18th. ⏰ It will be business as usual from then on with hours returning to normal 👌🏼 🥳
