So, today, let’s talk about essential aftercare tips for micropigmentation to ensure your stunning results last as long as possible. Whether you’ve just had your eyebrows done or are considering it, here are some important steps to follow:

❗️Keep it clean: Gently cleanse the treated area with a damp cotton disk. Avoid using harsh products or rubbing the area vigorously.

❗️Hands off! Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at the treated area. Let it heal naturally to prevent any complications or premature fading.

❗️Protect from the sun: protect your micropigmented area from direct sunlight, as UV rays can cause fading. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF and wear a hat or use an umbrella when outdoors.

❗️Avoid excessive sweating: Refrain from intense workouts, saunas, or activities that make you sweat excessively for at least one week after the procedure. Sweat can affect the healing process and may lead to pigment loss.

❗️No makeup or harsh chemicals: Avoid applying makeup, especially around the treated area, until it’s fully healed. Steer clear of products containing retinol, glycolic acid, or other strong chemicals that can irritate the skin.

❗️Be patient: Micropigmentation takes time to settle and achieve the desired results. Allow your skin to heal completely and follow any additional instructions given by your technician.

Remember, each individual’s healing process may vary, so it’s crucial to consult with your micropigmentation artist for personalized aftercare advice. Take good care of your new enhancements and enjoy the long-lasting beauty they bring!

Long story short: my client got her brows done 2 years ago by another artist. Six months later, her brows turned an ashy black color, and of course, she wasn’t happy about it.

We proceeded with the tattoo laser removal, and you can see the difference between the old tattoo and after laser removal. She couldn’t believe it was possible to fix these mistakes.

💛Check-In:
I confirm your contact information and help you complete your consent and pre-/post-care forms. These forms are essential as they give me important information like your medical history and help to educate you as a patient about whatever services you may receive.

💛 Consultation and Pre-Treatment Photos Taken:
I will take photos of the appropriate areas. These photos are necessary to see your progress in our records, but a social media opt-out form is available to those who do not want them shared.

💛Treatment
If you are receiving the service the same day, now is the time!

💛 Post-Treatment Photos and Check-Out:
After photos will be taken and you will see your immediate results! Then, I will check you out for your service and provide proper aftercare information!
