I'm currently on hols from the ovens this week! But still on the admin!! Laptop on route 🛩☀️

It's been a manic, wonderful year of all things cake! Due to a major rise in inflation, changes are coming. 2025 diary is closed while I reevaluate everything!
(2024 diary is full and also closed)

For the 2025 couples who are booked in to date consultations will take place in Nov 24' Jan, Feb & Mar 25' Emails going out this week with a selection of dates I'm available.
I am looking forward to meeting you all and designing your dream wedding cake 💫

It's August & we are back walking for ❤️

Last year we raised over €400 so we hope to do the same again this year! It's day 6 and we have walked 20km already!!! A good bit to go to make our target of 150km but we will push on with our little Biscuit loving all the extras walkies 🐾🐾🐾

I will be there to chat to all your lovely couples and we will have plenty of time to go through your wedding needs.

You'll also get to experience first hand the newly refurbished Shannon Suite, the City View Suite and the Secret Garden and there may be a few glasses of bubbles and treats along the way. 15 carefully selected wedding experts will be interviewed on stage so you'll get to learn lots of tips for your big day. 

Tickets can be booked on the hotels website- strandhotellimerick.ie/weddings/plan-your-wedding-journey-event but are limited so book early.
