Unfortunately, there have been several incidents where customers were not transparent about the number of bottles they brought in, which has led to operational challenges and discrepancies. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for everyone, we have decided to discontinue this service.

We are urgently currently recruiting a Full-time/Part-time Bartender and a Full-time Waiter / Waitress who possesses experience, flexibility, versatility and excellent customer service skills.

Full-time and Part-time Bartender (Experience Essential)

The Candidate:

- Available to work flexible hours.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 1 year of cocktail-making experience.
- Strong positive work ethic & punctual time-management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to use the till and handle payments.

The Role:

- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interacting with customers, serving and taking orders.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service, bar skills and product knowledge.
- Assessing bar customers’ needs & preferences and making recommendations.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintaining high standards.
- Participating in serving customers and various front of house activities.

Full-time Waiter / Waitress (Experience Essential)

The Candidate:

- Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
- Available to work flexible, full-time hours.
- Punctual in time-management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations.
- A positive attitude.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintaining high standards.

The Role:

- Versatility in performing front of house roles, such as serving customers food/drinks, taking orders and bookings, doing preparations, making hot beverages, washing and polishing glasses/cutleries.
- Cleaning and resetting tables with cutlery, glasses, etc.
- Maintaining a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accompaniments and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period.
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, wiping windows, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Classic Filipino dish consisting of slow cooked braised beef strips seasoned in a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, liver spread, butter and onions.

• Chicken Adobo
Type of Filipino stew with chicken pieces seasoned in soy sauce, sugarcane vinegar, bay leaves, onion, ginger and black peppercorn.
