Any support for the US military is unacceptable, given their support for Israel. Time for the Irish government to take action. Stop supporting genocide.

Yesterday a US Air Force C-40 travelled through Shannon Airport on its way from Florida to Tel Aviv in Israel. Today it landed at Shannon again on its return trip.

Ireland is almost certainly supporting the by allowing these flights to land.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at our peace vigil in Shannon today. It was a poignant gathering, as the names of children in Gaza who have been murdered by Israel, using US weapons were read out.

And all the while, a US military plane sat on the tarmac at Shannon. It can come from Tel Aviv. The Gardai were asked to inspect it, as it was in breach of Irish neutrality and likely to be complicit in the genocide in Gaza. But of course they did nothing.

Now more than ever we need to get the US military OUT OF SHANNON.
