Practice all aspects of Yoga from asana, pranayama and meditation in a paradise environment guided by our highly experienced Yoga teacher Claudia Escobar.

Along with blissful yoga classes you will also be on your board surfing on the pristine Praia de Santa Cruz, an area that is lavishly gifted with great uncrowded waves all year round.

Witness everything from the impossible clear blue water to the sweeping panoramic views that extend as far as the Cabo Carvoeiro lighthouse and the Berlengas islands 🌊

With each one of your Surf classes you will be under the careful eye of our highly experienced surf instructors where you will receive elite level instruction and care. These surfing classes are suitable for complete beginners and advanced surfers 🏄‍♂️

The entire package includes:

6 days/5 nights accommodation
Day trip to the beautiful towns of Óbidos & Nazaré.
Delicious and nourishing vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Yoga classes
4 Surf classes
Welcome pack
1 Hiking experience
Transport to the beach

🌼🌿 Yoga in the Castle 🌿🌼
Saturday 13th of August - 2 Free Yoga Classes!

The weather is going to be amazing next few days so we are holding two free yoga classes in Mallow Castle this Saturday 13th of August 🤩🌿

Both classes are donation based (recommended donation min €5) with all profits going to Le Cheile Africa 🌻

Class schedule is as follows:

- 9am Beginners Yoga (suitable for those with little or no experience) 🧘🏻‍♀️
- 10:15am Vinyasa Yoga (suitable for those with yoga experience, faster paced) 🤸🏽‍♂️

Both time slots need to be pre booked as numbers will be limited, please message us to book yours. These classes are open to absolutely everyone, bring the whole family! 🤩

All you’ll need to bring with you is a yoga or exercise mat, water and sun cream 🌈☀️

Our 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training starts tomorrow! We are so excited to welcome our students and to share this journey with all of them 💙✨

Our main style of teaching is Ashtanga Vinyasa, physically we focus on safe and functional movement while spiritually we focus on accepting and embracing the imperfections of every day life that help us grow and become better humans.
