This year I have seen a rise in last minute cancellations and no shows.

I completely understand things can happen last minute but these are having a negative effect on my business so therefore I have to implement a stricter cancellation policy.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. A €5 deposit will be charged otherwise.

Any cancellations or reschedules made within 1 hour of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee.

All no-shows will be fully charged.

Changing or downgrading of appointments at the appointment time will not give me enough time to fill a booked appointment slot. Therefore, all clients will be charged for the treatments they have booked in for.

Cancellation and no-show payments can be taken via online transfer, cash or can be added to your next appointment.

As always, your continued support means everything to me and I appreciate each and every one of my customers 🤍 but I also need to ensure that my business survives and I hope you can all understand x
