Surf Coaching Services:

Introduction:

Before getting together I discuss with the surfer what they want to acheive in their surfing, evaluate where the surfer is currently at, help them set goals and create the beginnings of a program that will aid in the attainment of these goals. This is achieved through conversation, self-evaulating questionnaire, water time, video analysis and coaching. Coac

hing sessions are part of on-going individualised programs or can be one-off sessions working on a particular skill or skill set. A coaching session may include the use of streetboardz a cross-training tool for surfing, in-water helmet communication, video analysis (with support through siliconcoach live), skill and manoeuvre based tasks, drills and exercises. Each session is designed and structured to help the surfer acheive outcomes that are specific, measurable, realistic and fun, incorporating the various learning styles of students with a steady gradient. Coaching Session: €65

- Streetboardz Session (session focus/goal dependent)

- Surf Session with Video Recording and Water Analysis (via Helmet

- Session evaluation, Video Edit and Upload

1/2 Day: €50 per person (3 - 4 people)

1 Day: €90 (Min 2 people Max 4)
