What a blast we had at the ITA - Irish Taekwon-Do Association Summer Camp this year! We learned so much, trained so hard, made new friends, saw old friends and our own Ms. McCutcheon had the honour of Instructing along side some of the finest coaches and Instructors in Ireland and the world today.

Yesterday was an extraordinary day for Sligo Taekwondo Club, as Sophie, Calum, Tim, and Mike successfully passed their Black Belt Tests. Sophie, Calum, and Tim achieved their 1st Dan, while Mike earned his 3rd Dan. As a relatively young club, this is our second time putting students forward for Black Belt Tests. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the positive influence they bring. Congratulations, Sophie, Calum, Tim, and Mike!

Well done to all our students who tested for their next grade last Sunday. A big thank you to Master Hong K Looi for travelling to Sligo to oversee the grading.

A special mention to Sophie, Calum, Tim and Mike on successfully passing their preliminary Black Belt test.

Yesterday was a momentous day for Sligo Taekwondo Club, as we witnessed Amelia and Vance triumph in a rigorous Black Belt Test, marking their graduation as our first junior Black Belts. A huge congratulations to both for not only honing their Taekwondo skills but also their coaching abilities since the club's inception in 2018. Their unwavering dedication and consistent training have culminated in this significant achievement, showcasing their remarkable growth in martial arts expertise and their capacity to mentor others. We're immensely proud of their accomplishments and the positive impact they have made on our club. Well done, Amelia and Vance!
