We are an organic farm producing organic free range eggs, organic beef and lamb, lemon curd and hone We have a suckler herd to produce grass fed beef.
We, Christine and Séamus Hyland, run our organic farm in the beautiful Blackwater valley between Lismore and Ballyduff. We have farmed organically since 1998, and we produce beef, lamb and eggs. A small sheep flock provides us with lamb which like the beef is available at Dungarvan Farmers' Market every Thursday and Lismore Farmers' Market on Sundays.
