🐝🌸Moderate Pollen Outlook 🌸🐝

The seems to be sticking at Moderate lately, and according to Met Éireann, it's going to stay like that for the coming days. However, there's a lot more to the story than pollen. Has anyone noticed that their allergy symptoms suddenly get worse on colder, wet days, even if the is low? When you check the Pollen Index at www.met.ie/forecasts/pollen, you will notice information on the various activity levels of different pollen types, as well as information on Spores, which also cause allergy symptoms in some people. At the moment, Spores are active on wet days - so that explains some of our symptoms here!

The moral of this story is that your allergy symptoms may not only appear on High Pollen days. And remember that not all allergy products work the same way - there are many different kinds that work in different ways and for different symptoms. Your local totalhealth Pharmacy Team is on hand to guide you on what's going to work best for You and Your Symptoms.
