Anxiety can be beaten through understanding and knowledge not treating the symptoms but going to the cause last night was my first night in a few weeks with no anxiety didn’t wake up in a panic in the middle of the night and all because I stumbled across something yesterday evening and studied it and studied and studied and will continue to do so and going forward I aim to help as many people as I can I’m so grateful and this is just the beginning 💪✌️🙏

In the last few years I’ve learned a lot and grown up a lot I’ve experienced some of
My darkest moments but never lost faith and never gave up I’m a firm believer in the universal laws and practice them each day
Over the last few weeks I’ve experienced bad anxiety and can understand why some people find it hard to beat it but a couple of things have just fallen into place for me and I’m so grateful the point I’m trying to make is no matter how hard things may seem or how alone you may feel always keep the faith and keep pushing forward and reach out and talk as often as you can believe in yourself and things will happen

Mental health affects so many people but so many hide it well I used to try hide it but I found talking to people to be great I only get a little anxiety usually as soon as I wake but every day it gets easier because I will kick the s**t of of anxiety I’m in control of my mind not anxiety 💪 💯 ✌️💪🙏❤️

Going full throttle now no looking back one thing I’ve learned is to give back I’ve had a few good friends who don’t live close by but we’re always there when I called even at silly hours of the morning and today i got a call myself someone was in a dark place I went out we spoke we trained and I’m glad to I left them smiling wit feels absolutely awesome best feeling ever ✌️💪🙏 it’s not what we have that makes a difference but what we give back and how we can help
