These are my gains, Holding it longer in this position even by a second is amazing progress to me.
When I first started trying to do these exercises, my body was clueless. I had to build up new neural pathways to be able to get in the right position, let alone hold it. Consistency and patience is what is allowing me to keep pushing forward with my training.

Personal Fitness Milestone: Conquering Stability Balls!
Hey everyone, I'm thrilled to share a major fitness breakthrough with you all: I've mastered balancing on two stability balls! It's been quite the journey, and here's why it's been such a game-changer for me:
Core Strength: I can feel my abs getting stronger and more stable with every session.
Body Awareness: Balancing on the stability has really sharpened my sense of body positioning and movement.
Coordination: My agility and overall coordination have improved noticeably.
Adding this challenge to my workouts has been both exhilarating and effective. I'm loving the progress I'm seeing and can't wait to keep pushing myself even further!

Do you have shoulder tension, tennis elbow, knee pain, back or hip pain? Do you do massage or yoga to try and ease the tension?
I am sorry to tell you, but these will not work in the long term. Why?
Don't get me wrong, massage and yoga are great for many other reasons, but stretching your muscles too much will cause more instability of the joint.
If you have joint pain or tension, the muscles need to be strengthened to alleviate the pain or tension. The joints are currently to unstable so the muscles are trying to do the work to stabilize the joints which cause tension and pain. When you strengthen the muscles you will have more joint stability and the muscles will begin to relax easing the stress of the joints and alleviating the tension/pain
I am not telling you to now go lift weights to strengthen the muscles, as you could put even more strain on the joints. Body weight exercises are more than adequate to strengthen the muscles if done correctly, but to really get into the small stabilizing muscles, the stability ball works wonders.
I used to have back and shoulder pain, but once I strengthened those muscles using the ball, the pain completely disappeared and have zero discomfort or pain today in my body.
I have been told many times from ignorant scientific dudes that the ball cannot build muscle and only lifting heavy weights can. Well I beg to differ. I am glad I stuck with what my body felt was right and yes I may not be as big as some of the gym dudes, but a lot of them are suffering from over tight muscles causing them pain on the other extreme with lack of joint mobility and often getting themselves injured.
I have taken a more gradual approach and focused on balance and stability and in the process I have gradually built up my body and have had zero pain and no injuries through my training on the Performa Ball

I don't train you to do what I push myself to do. I train you to push yourself in a fun , safe and challenging way.
I never thought doing a handstand on the ball was possible, let alone catching another ball while holding a handstand.
I am 42 but feel like I could be in my twenties. Through my progressive core balance training I have kicked back and joint pain to the curb. I have easily tripled my strength. I have actually gotten taller from 1.87m to 1.91m. I have never been in better shape and keep getting better.
My training is sustainable with a huge longevity factor as balance is so vital to keeping functional and healthy. The stabilty ball allows you to move in a much more gentle way without any impact on the joints, allowing you to strengthen the small stabilisers.

If you want to improve your leg strength try these exercises.
Sit against the ball, keeping your lower back against the ball.
Push your legs up and down 10 to 15 reps. Repeat 3 times and do it 3 to 4 times a week.
Start bullet proofing your lower back.
Strengthening your lower back with this simple move using the ball.
Lie over the ball and lift your legs up. Squeeze your glutes and hold it for 3 reps of 30 to 45 seconds . Do this move 3 to 5 times a week and feel the difference.
Did you know your abs needs to be stretched as well as your back
Stretching your abs is also very important but in this exercise you get 2 stretches in 1.
Make sure you drop your shoulders. Stop if you are feeling pain.
Hold it for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat 3 times 2 to 3 times a week
