Just like in Japan, we have a small, but strong team in the picturesque Singapore.
The team gathered for a lunch date this week to sit back and relax a bit together 🥟

Our US team works mainly remotely, so they don’t get to meet on a daily basis. But when they do, they do it properly.

Our team hit the NACS Show and had an amazing time catching up with industry heavyweights, then threw an epic happy hour.

It’s so good to see the team getting together 💜

💜 Shaping the future generation 💜

This May the Budapest team started to organise open days for secondary schools.
Last week we welcomed the first group in the 23/24 school year, 10th and 11th graders from a technology and IT specialised class.

We are extremely proud of our team members who participate and talk about Trax as a company and their experiences in different roles in the operations and in the product&engineering departments.
We not only show how we work but also guide the students what skills they will need to acquire to successfully get a job at a workplace like Trax Retail.

Shaping future generation. Nothing is better then that.

We do have a small team in Japan, 6 amazing, hard working professionals.
This year the team packed their small office and relocated to the Tiger’s Gate 🐯
The new office place is at the heart of Tokyo metropolitan area with a beautiful city view.

🚲 Bike trip 🚲

Some of the Budapest Traxers hopped on their bikes last Sunday and took a round trip around Lake Velence.
Being healthy physically and mentally are both important and they put a huge tick on their being-healthy-list while cycling in rain for 2 hours 😄

The art competition in Budapest had 5 participants, and this AI piece received the second place. David M. imagined the next Trax HQ at night, foretold by AI overlords.

🏆 Bragging Tuesday 🏆

The Trax Budapest team had a creative competition in the first quarter of 2023 and we would like to show now the winning piece -
Mr. Hornbill’s Minimarket from Gabriella K.

What does the picture show?
It was inspired by the Singaporean wildlife. It shows how Mr. Hornbill (a Pied Oriental Hornbill) could improve his store with the help of Trax 🐒

Big congrats to Gabi and her creativity - the picture will be displayed in the Budapest office 😊

🌈 Pride Month Throwback 🌈

Our team in Mexico City gathered during June and organised a 5k Pride Run. Everyone wore a Pride T-shirt and received a medal at the end.
What is a better way to celebrate diversity than through these diverse events? 😊

✈️ Where did Traxers travel? ✈️

In our engagement channel Traxers had to show some holiday pictures during June.
We saw many amazing places from Sweden and Mongolia through Namibia and Iceland to China, Guatemala and Canada.

💜 hearTrax 💜

A month ago we launched a new channel at Trax - we call it hearTrax - the global Traxperience channel.

In November people had to share pictures from the their locations - showing how diverse our globe is in that month.
We saw pictures of the snowy Denver, the sunny Athens, rainy Budapest, foggy Scotland and many many more.

We aim to bring our remote and hybrid colleagues closer to each other with these monthly global challenges 💜

🏃‍♀️ Running into autumn like a Traxer 🏃‍♂️

Traxers in Budapest joined the SPAR marathon in early October.
Some ran 10k, some ran 5k, some even ran both!
Of course we had a family run accompanied by Zsálya (Sage in Hungarian) and led by our Head of Global Services.
We live for the weekends like this 💚

Traxers in New York City, Tel-Aviv and Budapest joined thousands of others on the streets to march in the name of L O V E in June and July❤️

On June 10th, 26th and July 23rd Traxers grab their flags, fans and T-shirts to support the LMBTQIA+ community.

The closing week of the Women's History Month was all about sharing personal and professional journeys at Trax: we held not one, but two panel discussions with some of our most talented female Traxers, facilitated by CHRO, Dena Singleton and Managing Director of EMEA&APAC, Karine Eloy.

Both the Americas’ and the APAC-EMEA events were full of inspiring stories, ideas about empowering women and how we can continue to in the workplace. We’d like to thank all panelists who accepted our invitation to participate in the first Trax Women’s Panel.

🏃 Traxing kilometers - we ran the Vivicittá 🏃‍♀️

Last weekend was a whole family fun at the 37th Budapest Vivicittá Half Marathon Weekend Festival!

Our teams bolstered by the smallest Traxers completed the 900 m, 2,4 km and 10 km races 👟 while some even ran their first half marathon, in Trax colors! 🏅

🧦 Celebrating World Down Syndrome Day 🧦

On the 21st of March people around the world wear two different socks for World Down Syndrome Day. The aim of the is to celebrate human uniqueness and spread awareness about people with Down syndrome. 🤗
