I do so many high impact workouts and almost never show the importance of stretching, foam rolling, low impact movements, etc. Without taking care of myself, I'd never be able to continue with my hard workouts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

So...this is a reminder to slow down a bit, breath, stretch, loosen up...feel good. Keep moving!

Our Story

Steve has more than 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. He graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Denver Colorado US in 2005 where he obtained a diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition Consultation.

He started his fitness career at 24 Hour Fitness in Denver and became a master trainer with the company.

After 8 years with 24 Hour Fitness, Steve got the opportunity to become a professional trainer at LA Boxing in Denver Colorado. He was responsible for creating and running boot camps, personal training for individuals, teaching group boxing classes, and instructing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

In 2013 Steve moved to Tel Aviv, Israel where he established and ran a professional functional training gym while maintaining his personal training business.
