young male pt of age about 22 yrs was came to our center for CT scan of brain with complain of sever headache and loss of consciousness..

CT Brain shows classical subarachnoid and intraparenchymal hemorrhage with intraventricular extension..CT brain angio was advised.

CT brain reveal classical sacular aneurysm involving anterior communicating artery..

With help of latest multislice ct scan difficult study like brain angiography can be done at remote center like viramgam,which is very crucial for pt management..

Today we have successfully completed 1 yr of our radio-diagnostic imaging center, Aksharam Diagnostics, Viramgam....

Middle age man with complain of severe acute pain in left shoulder and upper arm with heaviness in chest came to one of the private hospital in viramgam...

diagnosis: acute myocardial infarction(MI).

report: ECG and trop-I was normal..

so respected clinician sent pt for upper limb arterial doppler

of left upper limb: it shows acute thrombus in left subclavian artery after the origin of vertebral artery, axillary artery and mid part of brachial artery with distaal absent flow in radial and ulnar artery
