Hi aunty, Anjali here. Hope you're well. I usually apply the Amla grapple oil in the morning two hours before washing my hair because I get cold when I apply any oil overnight. But yesterday I applied Amla grapple overnight and it was so good. I could sleep very well, I have been having insomnia for a few days now and yesterday I got a good sleep thanks to your oil.
