🏡 Proudly Unveiling Our Latest Design-Build (Turnkey) Project: A Contemporary Villa on a 30x40 feet plot, boasting a 4000 sqft custom design. Eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Rashmi and Vinay approached us to design and build a 'dream house'. Their modern home needed to be brightly lit, cozy, inviting, and "different" from what they had previously seen. The multi-level interior spaces are arranged around the house's "inner court," a 20 feet double height space. Natural lighting is made possible by the glass blocks on the exterior and the skylight over the tall living room. The four bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar lounge on the terrace are all integrated into the three-storey house. An additional feature is the vacuum glass lift, which adds to the overall experience of the home.

🌿 Recreating Indian Ethos at Mankala Residence 🏠

Discover the charm of Mankala Residence 🌇, perfectly situated on a 60 x 40 site. This 3-story home 🏡 features a cozy 2-bedroom unit on the ground level 🌱 and a spacious 3-bedroom dwelling from the first floor 🌼, elevated 9 feet above. Designed to face the north, it opens up to serene green vistas 🍃 beyond the residential area.

The heart of the house 🧡 is the impressive 18-foot high dining area, the 'inner court', creating a harmonious flow through the multi-level interiors 🌟. Blending traditional and modern, the structure combines bessar concrete blocks, terracotta, and a unique RCC column 🏗️. Its unrefined beauty is highlighted by mostly unplastered walls, giving it a rustic yet elegant touch 🌾.

Rashmi Vinay Residence at

Fenn Residence. The four bedroom house has a built-up area of 5000 sq ft house on a 60 x 40 feet plot. It is located in south Bangalore near the Hulimavu lake. The structure of the building is an RCC frame with concrete block walls.

The residence is organized around a 30 feet high ‘atrium’. The central 'atrium' and the house is flooded with light from skylights, north screen and clerestory windows all around. Even on the darkest of days, the house has at least 1000 lux light in the interiors. Bay windows in the kids room, study room, and bedrooms are a cozy seating at the edges of the house to sit, read, relax and reflect even on a dim day.
