In our life time some relationships die and we start feeling anger, bitterness, jealousy, insecurity, sadness,guilty, shame, and constantly we try to revive without understanding that love cannot be imposed or connection cannot be made forcefully. In this state we should give time and space to these relationships. May be time and space heal those wounds which the relationship is carrying. If not one needs to know it is a permanent death of a relationship. If you look around nature works like that but important is to heal your wounds by taking the responsibility of your life. Ego is the biggest barrier to heal. If your intent is to blame others for your suffering then you won’t be able to heal not only yourself but your relationship too. Unless you heal your connection with self your relationships Wil he fragile and chaotic because chaos is inside you. Bring awareness to these chaos or else you have to settle with broken relationships only.

In life we come across a lot of people, relatives, friends, acquaintances, strangers. Everyone plays a role in our life and similarly we play a role in others life too.
We connect, we learn and most time we move on from a point where we actually meet. We experience good and bad both. While moving in our respective journey mostly we carry baggages from previous experiences. But awareness always helps us not to carry baggages, infact it makes us to learn and move on silently. In this state we are detached and going back to same frequency with the same set of people are impossible. That doesn’t mean one is carrying bitterness and anger but frequency changes and need for connecting same set of people disappears. Very few connection last till our last breath.

Nowadays I am extensively working on romantic / married relationship issues. Bitterness and regrets are the outcome. There is no love left in relationship, it is more on consuming mode rather than giving.

My friend Venkataraman L.N. Shared few lines today morning on relationships, specially romantic relationship. I am sharing
“Our age is giving too much importance to thought and intelligence and applying it beyond its scope of the material part of life.
As a result the heart is underdeveloped and we are producing intelligent people who are heartless.”

I resonate to his insight on this. Very soon divorce rate will increase in India too.

Only spiritual path will help us to open up the layers of our heart, not the intellectual discussion.

We all are different. But we look at people from a fixed frame. This is how this society runs on. If people are social then it is fine if people are not social we try to find some fault in them. We just keep criticising them. People try very hard to fit in that fixed frame of so called social. They pretend they are full of love, generous but in real sense they are hollow. When I look around and witness how people are trying hard to impress each other to be in each other's good book. It is energy draining and cannot serve your real purpose.

We are very different from each other, we cannot be same. Please don't take the pressure to be fit in so called societal frame. Dig deep and discover yourself. Be comfortable in your skin.

Different people, different psyche.
1. Few people need more and more people because they gain energy when they are with people. Their need for love, happiness and approvals is outside. Nothing wrong in it.
2. ⁠Few people don't need more people, they look for deep connection. They don't seek love, approval outside. They drain their energy when they are surrounded by people.
3. ⁠Few people only need people to boast their achievements, popularity.
4. ⁠Few people don't need people at all. They are yogis and on the path of Detachment.
5. ⁠Few people don't care about all these and they know where to invest their energy and time. They don't want to be popular externally. They work for real purpose and they are sensitive enough to work and give those who are in real sense needy.
6. ⁠Few people only and only need their family. Like children and spouse. They don't allow other people to enter.
7. It is such a wrong notion that only extrovert people can be good leaders. Introvert good leaders are there too.
8. If you are not a good speaker you cannot be a good leader or master. It is one more example of imited vision.

These are observation only. It is not coming from any judgement. Everyone has the right to live life as per their needs. Live and allow others to to live life too. ❤️🙏❤️

Physical health is a byproduct of good mental health. Good mental health is all about discovering self. Discovering weaknesses and strength both. To discover and to realize one needs to calm the mind. Meditation is the best way to calm the mind. Almost all diseases and disorders are creation of mind. ( Except prarabdh karma which brings issues at DNA level and cannot be averted. One has to go through it)

I have earlier written a lot of benefits of meditation. Today I am sharing more about my inner journey.

As I am going deep my consciousness is expanding and my acceptance has expanded too. I am more clear about my journey. My power of discretion is more distinct. Detachment is happening effortlessly. I know where to channelise my energy and how to give back to this society.

As I am going deep, a lot of old things are leaving behind and making me more empowered, compassionate, disciplined.

It is getting reflected in my body as well. Body has become like rubber. During my yoga practice I can witness how easily it is bending, folding. Lifting weight is more easier.

I can witness constant flow of energy. Breaking patterns is becoming effortless. Can witness joy within. No fear of judgement. I have reached a state of freedom where I am not scared of bad tag.
Just briefed a little...many more to share. I am a product of meditation😁.

Loneliness is like slow poison.

You are lonely in the midst of crowd too. It is nothing to do with people, it is purely your emotion.

1. It impacts your overall wellbeing, mental and physical both.

2. It drains energy and one becomes lathergic, procrastinates tasks.

3. Loneliness slowly isolates you. One starts getting isolated from people.

4. It pushes you in a comfort zone and walls around you are rigid enough to allow people to enter.

5. Slowly depression grips.

6. Your mind will create different issues in your body to keep you occupied with doctors.

7. Loneliness brings fear, anxiety, with time intensity increases.

8. It force you towards mindless eating because cravings increase.

How to deal with loneliness?

a. Bring awareness and stay with it consciously.

b. Once you accept it, working towards it is easy.

c. Bring discipline in. Getting up in the morning followed by physical exercise, mental exercise like breath work, active meditation.

d. Start doing something which is very close to your heart, like gardening, art, music, playing instruments, dance.

e. Socialize and make genuine friends.

f. Don't run away from your loneliness. Don't discard it or pretend. Accept it gracefully.

g. Mindful eating will happen once you start working towards it.

Your Ego will resist to accept and to share with others.

Why do women as compare to men impacted with thyroid and autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, multiple sclerosis, alopecia etc?

In this patriarchal society mostly women are conditioned to act according to a particular frame. Women always try to fit in this frame. They cannot express their anger, disappointment. If they show it questions their existence, it is deeply rooted. So many of us even not aware of this deep conditioning. Women are not conditioned to accept their imperfect image. They suppress their emotions to protray a perfect image of a perfect daughter, daughter-in-law, wife, sister. They always want to be in good book. There is a constant struggle between good and bad image. Whole life they pretend to be something they are not. They keep burying the anger which turns out to be very stubborn in nature like autoimmune diseases. Those who have autoimmune diseases carry the trait of stubbornness.

Dear women,
Please embrace your authentic self and TRUE to yourself. It will help you not to get trapped in this loop of diseases and disorders. If you take care of your mental health physical health will be a byproduct.

1. I feel very soft within

2. I stay away from judgement. I use judgement as a tool to make decisions or choices in life, power of judgement.

3. I cannot accumulate bitterness within me because it attracts a lot of corresponding emotions which are source of toxins only.

4. My entire being is like temple for me and place of worship should be kept clean. It is like a default setting.

5. I make everything simple around me be it relationship, be it decision.

6. I cannot criticise the system, politicians, people around me all the time because it is not my real identity. That doesn't mean I don't have the courage to fight against odds. I use my aggression as a tool to confront, to resist, to fight, it is not part of my behavior.

7. I stay away from unnecessary dramas because they are not worth to drain energy.

8. I prefer to nurture my thoughts with people who have progressive and simple thought process in real sense and I can learn from them.

9. I always try to be authentic and stay away from pretension.

10. I am becoming more sensitive and compassionate in real sense. I cannot sympathise with people because sympathy cannot empower people. I can offer my support if the person is ready to vibrate high.

11. I don't hesitate to be truthful because honesty and truth are my power. They empower me.

12. I don't need approval and appreciation from others because I have accepted myself the way I am. My focus is always inward.

13. I accept my criticism for my upliftment. If they are unnecessary I throw them out of my system.

14. Whenever my ego interferes I shed it off.

14. Power of discretion..I know when and where to say NO & YES.

15. Giving is very natural and receiving is gratitude.

All these are result of inner work and known as self love. Do you agree?

As a child we have limitless opportunities to grow. We adapt, learn very fast because of fluidity of our emotions. This fluidity helps us to let go and to move on.

As we step in our puberty this probability of limitless opportunities starts decreasing because our ecosystem tells us to fix everything and to walk the path of secured life.
This deep conditioning doesn't allow us to innovate or to discover new things. We spend most of our time to secure and to make everything certain. We feel secure to walk the predecided path. We are proud parents of obedient children who follows everything diligently.

It happens because we are ill equipped to deal with emotions. Predecided path gives us a sense of relief. We don't allow our children to explore and to walk their chosen path. We condition them how to live life. Our children are fearful to take the risk of life and to explore limitless opportunities. We condition their mind deeply so that they lose the ability to tune with the high frequency. As we age the probability is almost zero because we nurture conditioning to become very rigid. That's the reason we don't live life we just born and die without knowing the essence of life and death. We try to control death as well. Every time we die when we try to fix or control.

Life is a mystery to be digged deep and to live.

Sign of good mental health is discovering information about self, good & bad both. After discovering what to do with these information, is very important.

There are few steps involved to have a sound mental health.

1. To realize that you need help and it is beyond control.

2. To take the charge of life. The moment one takes the charge of life, information starts unfolding effortlessly.

3. To discover oneself various processes are there like, journaling, self enquiry, introspection, meditation.

4. Dedicate at least half an hour in a day for self...everyday take a small step towards your mental health.

What to do with all these information?
Yes, all these information are of no use if we are unable to use them for improvement of our mental health.

1. Awareness, Acceptance and intent is the formula to heal self. The intensity of intent decides the energy flow in the direction of releasing or healing. Intervention happens to break those superficial and rigid emotional patrerns.

2. Include physical activity like running, gymminng, yoga, trekking or any form of sports / game which you enjoy the most. Because by beating body we decrease the cortisol level and increase the dopamine level, which helps you to gather your mind in better way.

3. Conscious breathing, meditation helps you to break the emotional patterns.

4. Learn something new.

5. If patterns are rigid and you really want to come out of the suffering devote more time for such uplifting processes. Initially consistent effort is needed. Once you start it, keep accelerating.

If you are scared of karma then you won't be able to grow in your journey. Because all the time you are under pressure to do the righteous thing. People will take undue advantages when you do everything out of fear. Out of fear you will do injustice to self.
Alertness and awareness will help you to do the righteous things, which is real dharm. If one is on the path of dharm, it can be empowering. It is real power. 🙏❤️

Life & different evolutionary phases 12/10/2023

Law of impermanence applies on everything, no one is spared. Everything is changing and will keep changing. In this world of duality if we expect only good to happen then it is purely our shortsightedness. Pleasure followed by pain, light-dark, negative-positive this is how we perceive. Duality can be understood by getting connected to our innerself. We can discover truth of life-death (duality) and a lot more. Just tried to summarise my experience through this write up. Sharing with all of you, different phases of evolutionary journey.

Most of us very poorly equipped to deal with our emotions and hardly have any awareness why do we react badly. All these reaction create a negative electromagnetic field in our ecosystem. Mostly chaotic people give their chaos to others. Not only they feel miserable they make others life miserable too.

For example, being the only earning member if you feel lack it is for sure you will transfer this lack in your entire ecosystem. You will transfer all these traits to your children, to your spouse, to your well wisher because all the time you are feeding this emotion of lack, you are nurturing it. This is how we nurture all our emotions.

Before it is too late to return, work on yourself to bring harmony within.

Meditation helps us to develop harmony within. It reduces cortisol levels in our blood stream and boosts happy hormones like, dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. When we meditate on a daily basis initially it brings peace at superficial laters. As we start growing in our meditation journey we start acknowledging deep changes. When we meditate for long hours for few years body maintains the flow of Happy hormones and we hardly need external stimului or any kick for pleasure. It is an effortless process. It changes the wiring of the brain.

I have explained it scientifically. Spirituality says it is the state of detachment. In this state one doesn't feel excitement but a sense of subtle joy is there. It is very beautiful state and cannot be explained, only can be experienced.

People get scared of detachment because they are used to these excitement but forget everything comes in pair. We perceive duality so depression bounds to come too.

Consistent practice of meditation helps one to eliminate the disorders and health is a byproduct.
It is always better to start meditation journey under guidance because our deep rooted emotions get surfaced and our consciousness may not expanded enough to handle those emotions.

Suffering is a choice and we make choices every day to suffer.
For example I am sharing one Case study :
One woman is in love with a man but after a brief period the man came out of the relationship and she is stuck there. She pushes her to be in that relationship. What are the reason that she wants to be in that toxic relationship after knowing the fact that the man is not good for her?

1. People are scared of abandonment.
2. Abandonment means loneliness.

People choose abuses, toxins over abandonment because they are scared of themselves, scared of loneliness and continue with the abuses with a lot of complain of suffering.

This is one example I have given. Like this we stay in memories which are traumatic because if we heal them we are empty and this emptiness scares us.
Few people have fear of death. Now this fear is not allowing them to live, in real sense they are dying everyday rather than living.
Like this we make choices everyday to suffer.

Friends make right choices to live peacefully and to allow others to live peacefully. ❤️🙏🏻

We pray, meditate, chants when we are in crisis. We forget to do all these when we go through a smooth journey. I feel if we meditate, pray and chants during our good phases of life then we are empowered to deal with the bad phases of life. In this world of Duality if we experience the peak of excitement, for sure we experience the deep of fear too.

Mostly people come forward and complain why do we need to go through all these harsh process?

When we meditate in both the phases of life, we enter a very expanded level of consciousness. In this state we don't get carried away with good and bad both. This straight line is called balance/center and only peace resides here.♥️

What is meditation for you?
Few of us enter with an expectation, with a lot of desire.

Few people use spirituality as a tool to manifestation of their desires and they say I have done everything but nothing is happening. They lack the wisdom to understand the in-depth meaning of spirituality and meditation.

Few people asked me if I am doing meditation then why my emotions are getting surfaced. I should feel very relaxed and calm. They lack the courage to dig deep and to discover.

I started my journey of meditation without any agenda. My mentor asked me to start meditation and I started my inward journey without asking a single question to him.

I started meditating for hours after hours, 5-6 hours in a day.
Every phase of my meditation journey has a different peaks and valleys. Initially meditation helped me to heal myself. It felt like rain in desert.
In my next phase I discovered my natural gift to heal people.

In every phase I discovered something new and my curiosity started growing. Today I have reached a state where I feel there is a bridge between our external world and internal world. So more we dig our inner world, the more it gets reflected in our external world, it is like digging a gold mine. 😁 There is no rush, no hurry in external world but my inner work is in progress and getting intensified as day passes.
