Rectocele is a condition that occurs when the re**um bulges into the back wall of the va**na due to weakening or stretching of the muscles and tissues that support the re**um. This can result in uncomfortable symptoms such as pelvic pressure, a feeling of fullness in the pelvic area, difficulty emptying the bowels, and in some cases, noticeable bulging in the va**nal area.

The condition is most commonly attributed to childbirth, especially va**nal deliveries, which can cause injury or stretching of the pelvic floor muscles and supportive tissues. Other risk factors for rectocele include chronic constipation, straining during bowel movements, obesity, and aging, which can lead to weakening of the pelvic floor muscles and connective tissues.

This video shows some simple exercises that can be done to manage your symptoms. Understanding the importance of managing rectocele and incorporating targeted exercises, such as Kegel exercises and specialized pelvic floor exercises, can help alleviate symptoms and improve pelvic floor support.

It's important to note that while these exercises can be beneficial for rectocele, it's essential to perform them correctly and consistently to see improvement. Welcome to the whole body's low impact strength workout ! This style of workout will target your lower body, upper body, and your core in a circuit format. Grab some dumbbells and let's workout!

In today’s workout we will complete 3 exercises in straight sets for 45 seconds each. After 3 rounds of each exercise we will take a 45 second rest before we start our next exercise. I still want you to continue focusing on keeping a moderate (not fast) tempo to target our goals of strength and hypertrophy! I used my 5 kg dumbbells throughout so grab your strength training weights and let's crush it!

Description:
Flat feet can impact your posture and overall foot health. In this video, we'll guide you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the arches, improve stability, and alleviate discomfort associated with flat feet.

👣 Exercise 1: Arch Raises
- Start by sitting or standing with your feet flat on the ground.
- Lift your arches by contracting the muscles along the inside of your foot.
- Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down.
- Repeat for 2 sets of 15 repetitions.

👣 Exercise 2: Toe Tapping
- Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
- Lift your toes, keeping your heels on the ground.
- Lower your toes back down.
- Repeat for 2 sets of 20 repetitions.

👣 Exercise 3: Towel Scrunches
- Place a small towel on the floor.
- With your foot, scrunch the towel towards you.
- Hold the scrunch for a few seconds, then release.
- Complete 2 sets of 12 repetitions for each foot.

👣 Exercise 4: Calf Raises
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your heels off the ground, rising onto the balls of your feet.
- Hold for a moment, then lower back down.
- Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

👣 Exercise 5: Ankle Rolls
- Sit or stand with your feet lifted off the ground.
- Rotate your ankles in a circular motion, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
- Perform 2 sets of 10 rotations in each direction.
