ਅਾਦੇਸ਼ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ, ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ. ਪਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਟਵਾਲ ਜੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾੲੀ ਹੇਠ ਮਿਤੀ 7 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2016 ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਾ. ਭੀਮ ਰਾੳੁ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ 125ਵੀਂ ਜਨਮ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਡ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾੳਂਦਿਅਾਂ 'ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਾ ਦਾ ੳੁਦੇਸ਼' ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਾਡੀਟੋਰੀਅਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਾਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਅਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਦੀਅਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਬੀਬਾ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ.ਅਟਵਾਲ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਰੂਪ ਚੰਦ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਅੈਮ ਅੈਲ ੲੇ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਬਲਵੰਤ ਰਾੲੇ ਜੀ ਨਾਥ ਮੇਅਰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਡਾ. ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ, ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ, ਅਾਦੇਸ਼ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਡਾ. ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤੲਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਵਾੲੀਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਅਾਦੇਸ਼ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਡਾ. ਅੈਮ. ਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ੲੀਸ਼ਰ, ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਵਾੲੀਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ,ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ੲਿਲਾਵਾ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਅਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ, ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਾਰਥੀਅਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰੋਤਿਅਾਂ ਦਾ ਠਾਠਾਂ ਮਾਰਦਾ ੲਿੱਕਠ ਤੇ ੳੁਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇਖਣਯੋਗ ਰਿਹਾ। ਅਾਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਅਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਾਬਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਤੇ ਝਾਤ ਪਾਂੳੁਦਿਅਾਂ ੳੁਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਅਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲ'ਚ ਵਸਾੳੁਣ ਅਤੇ ੳੁਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਲਿਅਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੋਤਿਅਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅਾਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਪੱਛੜੇ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ੳੁੱਚਾ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਅਤੇ ੳੁਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਵ ਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲੲੀ ਹਰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਖਲਾੲੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਖੋਲਣ ਦਾ ਅੈਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਾੲੇ ਹੋਰੁ ਪਤਵੰਤਿਅਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਅਾ ਤੇ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਅਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਅਾ।
