After interpreting the negative stimulus or a feeling, our mind sends the signals and vibrations of it to each and every part of our body through our nerves and cells.
« These signals deteriorates our physical wellbeing and mental health. Negative vibrations that can't be seized can be terminated through positivity and contentment in whatever you are. Change your outlook to resist the negativity and embrace the glory of the life.

Battered woman syndrome, which is also sometimes called battered wife syndrome is category of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Often when our care and belongingness needs are not met during our childhood they stay within. These unmet needs often lead to feelings of loneliness and depression. Since it was not met while we were growing up, we unconsciously trying to seek it from others. When we find love we get happy, relieved.
The abusive partner would win over the new partner by moving quickly into a relationship with tactics like grand romantic gestures and pressuring for commitment early. we try to fulfill the unmet needs by pleasing the partner and feeling loved as they are showering the love.
The abusive partner will either be emotionally or physically abusive or both. This often starts small, like a slap instead of a punch, or punching the wall next to their partner. While it hurts, shatters the otehr partner they feel uspet and angry with this or they would withdraw as a way to deal with the abuse.
The partner will feel guilty, swearing they'll never do it again, and be overtly romantic to win their partner over.
There will be a temporary "honeymoon" period, where the abuser is on their best behavior, luring their partner into thinking that they're safe and things really will be different.
Abuse occurs, starting the cycle all over again. 🙇🏻‍♀️

What I would tell kids going through anxiety, which I have and can relate to, is that you’re so normal. Everyone experiences a version of anxiety or worry in their lives, and maybe we go through it in a different or more intense way for longer periods of time, but there’s nothing wrong with you. To be a sensitive person that cares a lot, that takes things in in a deep way is actually part of what makes you amazing… I wouldn’t trade it for the world, even when there are really hard times. Don’t ever feel like you’re a weirdo for it because we’re all weirdos.”
