We are proud ,we have a prime minister who understands the importantance of computer literacy and is doing noticeable work in the field .
The recent "E-Vidyavahini ", a computer literacy vehicle for rural India is a great step towards it.
The bus is equipped with 20 laptops, one LCD and is connected with internet facility, he said, adding that it can enable computer learning for 20 students at a time.
The entire computer literacy family is elated and welcome this step taken by our prime minister and the government with open arms and hope this will help the entire country fight computer illiteracy..

The world would have been a darker and a much different place had it not been their curiosity.

We in computer literacy believe in feeding the curiosity of young minds who in turn ;one day will work to change the world for better .

There is no better way to empower young minds that to introduce them to the wonders of technology. These young minds are much like a sapling and we can prune them to follow a path to success.

What efficient way to teach masses then to get connected with them personally.

We in computer literacy believe the same and hence when we go to a school, teaching about basics of computer and their uses we try to connect with them not like a teacher but as their brothers and sisters driving them with compassion,love and sense of belonging.

Yashi Srivastav is a name which is not very easy to forget as it is associated to someone who has always been not just a beautiful person but has also exuded beauty and grace in her work. A distinguish personality she has always been involved in projects and has taken care of everyone as her own.

To be a giant you must stand on giant shoulders. For centuries humans have experimented, out of their curiosity in various aspects of life.
They have failed and succeeded, creating whole branches of science, art and commerce along the way. Education is fundamentally a learning of
the problems our ancestors faced and the ideas which helped them overcome those problems. It allows a individual to be trained in the science (or art?)
of problem solving. However, not all of us fortunate enough to have the opportunity for education. 25% of Indian Population is illiterate. Education is directly
linked with better financial, intellectual and social status and people who deprived of this opportunity often have lesser opportunities to fulfill their dreams.
An educated mind with even a tinge of utilitarianism therefore has an imperative to try and impart education - its content and the need, to sections in the need and desire for it. Countless stories
have come forward where with the help of such supporting hands, individuals have not only being able to bring prosperity to themselves, but also ensure well being
for their family, society and even country.

Deepak Pandey is not an unknown name when it comes to talking about personalities who not only inspire but also set the bar higher than what was passed down to them. He was the NSS Head during his days in KIIT. He wasn't just involved in projects but played a pivotal role in taking NSS to new heights and bringing glory to it's name. A leader in his own stature, he is the one person who anybody could turn to for help, no matter how big or small the issue.

But when one day he helped a little kid with his daily choirs he realised his long lost happiness lies inside."

NSS computer Literacy provides you with a platform where you can do something more than just studies,assignments and staying up all night preparing for upcoming exam it's gives you an opportunity to satisfy your urge to do something big for the society and be remembered.

The group which made the idea of art of giving come alive.
Our seniors who wanted to give back to the society and do something good so they started off a magnificent initiative to go around bhubaneswar teaching kids about computers preparing them for tech-savy word ahead.
Now as we juniors are steeping to fill their shoes we would like to start by paying our gratitude to those individulas who decided to step up to the need of art of giving.

Students of KIIT University driven by the zeal of helping the society, giving back their acquired knowledge, took it upon themselves to educate the less fortunate, the basics of computer and its uses.
