जिले और आसपास की लड़कियों को स्किल्ड बनाने के लिए सामाजिक संस्था अल मीर वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन और बिहार शरीफ गढ़पर स्थित सौम्या मेकओवर स्टूडियो द्वारा जिले और आसपास की लड़कियों को हुनरमंद बनाने की कोशिश जिसे सीखकर वो इस छेत्र में अपना भविष्य बना सकती हैं,सौम्या मेकओवर स्टूडियो की प्रोपराइटर सौम्या खान द्वारा ये कोशिश अपने आस पास के बच्चियों को हुनरमंद बनाना काफी सराहनीय है
यूनाइटेड किंगडम और जावेद हबीब जैसे बड़ी एकेडमी से ट्रेनिंग प्राप्त करने के बाद पिछले कई वर्षों से बिहार शरीफ में अपनी सेवा दे रही हैं और अब जिले की बच्चियों को इस छेत्र में हुनरमंद बनाने की कोशिश सरहनीय है
