All the benefits of green tea are present in 3-4 more times more amount in matcha.
In green tea - we only consume the water that was infused with green tea bags. We don't consume the whole tea leaves.
But with matcha -
we consume the entire tea leaves in powder form.
And that is why - we get more benefits!
Matcha and green tea - both come from the same plant but they are produced differently.
Green tea leaves are dried in the sun so that steals away some nutrients. But matcha is harvested in shade which increases the chlorophyll content and amino acid production.
Matcha releases 10 times more antioxidants than green tea when dissolved in a liquid.
Matcha contains 3 times more EGG than green tea.
EGG is the compound known for its benefits on acne and hairfall
Overall - matcha wins!'
Hope this helps to curb your hunger pangs ❤️
May be a MORNING RITUAL is all you need to live love and lift yourself up ❤️
What makes my morning ritual is
Meditaton for 10 -15 min along with
Ghee coffee which is really special for me is not just the coffee with fat but also the zen time I give myself along with it! It's the books 📖I read and the 🎼 I hear along with it.
Not everyone is a morning person. I meet a lot of people who refuse to believe in daily down time. They think its lazy or not productive and I hear you guys, cause I use to be like that too. But not slowing down really took a toll on me eventually. And I'm sorry to say and I say this with a whole lot of good intentions for you.. if you don't Learn to slow down, life will make you 😬
So if you're reading this right now, and if there's one thing you could take away from here, it would be having a "ritual of ME TIME".
Morning evening afternoon anytime you like, but you gotta do this for your mental health. You gotta do this to get a parasympathetic time out DAILY, so you are able to rest and relax.
The more you are in this zone, the better life is, the healthier your relationships are, the more you can be there for yourself and for your loved ones.
Consistency is the key 🔑
Green tea contains caffeine and a type of flavonoid called catechin, which is an antioxidant.
✳️Research suggests that both of these compounds can speed up your body's metabolism. Catechin can help to break down excess fat, while both catechin and caffeine can increase the amount of energy the body uses.
✳️BUT these compounds are not present in significant quantities, which is why green tea does not show clinical importance when it comes to weight loss.
So you won't benefit from its thermogenesis properties by sipping a few cups throughout the day.
💊However, there are some green tea supplements in the market which contain isolated green tea antioxidants that promise drastic weight loss.
✅Please don't be impressed by what's written on the label.🫣
You're better off using other effective weight loss strategies like hitting your protein goals every day and eating meals that regulate your blood sugar levels throughout the day.👌
Are you feeling foggy and irritable no matter what you do? If your symptoms have persisted for a while and are coupled with chronic fatigue, headaches, and allergic reactions, then your body might be telling you that your gut is ready for a cleanse.
Here are a few othee symptoms of an unhealthy colon:
✳️A healthy gut can process and eliminate the harmful bacteria in your digestive tract on a relatively frequent basis. If you are experiencing strained or painful bowel movements, or they happen infrequently, you should meet with your doctor to see if a gut cleanse is a good idea.
✳️Acne. Granted, if you’ve been skipping your nightly and morning face cleansing routine, you’re more likely to have acne. However, acne can also be caused by inflammation due to a leaky gut. If bacteria have escaped into your bloodstream, you can expect to see few a pimples.
✳️Mental Health Issues. While mental illness can be a result of your genetic makeup and you could have inherited anxiety and depression from a relative, your suffering might lessen if you have a clean gut. If you have a leaky gut, it could affect your body’s ability to regulate serotonin and vitamin D.
✳️Food Allergies. Are you unable to tolerate soft serve ice cream or an extra helping of breadsticks at dinner? An unhealthy gut can make digesting foods with a lot of dairy or gluten very difficult. You might find relief from your food allergies and additional inflammation if you connect with your doctor about doing a gut cleanse, and limit these types of foods in your diet.
✳️Sugar Cravings. Unfortunately, if you have a lot of harmful bacteria in your gut, your body will crave foods that are bad for you, especially foods that are high in sugar. If you notice that you want sugar more than usual, or you’ve had a hard time curbing your sugar urges, then you need to meet with your dietitian to discuss whether or not a gut cleanse is the reset that your body needs.

Cortisol (otherwise known as the stress hormone) is made in the adrenal glands. It’s elevated when we experience heightened anxiety or stress, and it’s lowered when we’re in a relaxed state. When cortisol levels rise, all of the body’s energy goes into handling the stressor instead of regulating other bodily functions like the digestive and immune systems.
So normally, cortisol helps to regulate weight, appetite, body metabolism, blood pressure and glucose, but when you’re under chronic stress, you can experience increased anxiety or depression, headaches, memory problems, brain fog, digestive issues, a weakened immune system, weight gain, insomnia, pre-diabetes and more.
But I know that managing anxiety is easier said than done, so I’ve laid out several ways to help you lower cortisol levels and maintain a calm state of mind during this uncertain time in our lives.

6 milk substitute to maintain calcium 🥛➡️🥬
Try these 4 things for 12 weeks before you get dependent on any meds!
1. Switch to fat first instead of having fruits or any other high carb meal. Not saying fruit is bad but just not as soon as you wake up if you're trying to re wire your hormones. We ve seen this work soo beautifully with our program clients! Instead of carbs as soon as you're up.
2. Seed cycling has a great effect on getting your period cycles in sync. Syncing to the moon cycle works when you aren't sure of your cycle dates at all. Done a lot of posts on this in the past. You can scroll down and find it.
3. This one's hard! But honestly, give up dairy and include calcium rich foods like sesame seeds and some green veggies that will help. But giving up dairy for 1-3 months will help you regularize your period!
4. There are so many effective supplements you can have instead of these meds to regularize your period, one such supplement is Omega 3. If you are going to get a sun Standard one then you may as well not but one. If you care about it ACTUALLY working, get one which has EPA above 1000.
There is new research on how EPA being above 1000 is also effective for weight loss.

Check this post to know how can you do it 😊
If you want to boost your immune health, you may wonder how to help your body fight off illnesses.
While bolstering your immunity is easier said than done, several dietary and lifestyle changes may strengthen your body’s natural defenses and help you fight harmful pathogens, or disease-causing organisms.
Here are 6 tips to strengthen your immunity naturally.
We are all on our own journey and our own path and when we compare that to someone else, we can often feel
inadequate and our "small" progress can often feel like none at all!
If you have lost weight, no matter how small and actually kept it off this is PROGRESS and many can't even achieve this! 80% of people who start a diet fail and re-gain weight.
So, If you've lost "only" lost 2kg then celebrate that, focus on the positives, and look at your journey overall to see
what other small changes you can make
Dont't try to be perfect and STOP QUITTING!
By portioning out our food and controlling the amounts of food we put into our bodies, we can essentially assume control over how much of our food will be stored as fat. And, if we eat at a calorie deficit, which means we eat less than what our body requires each day to function, we can then make our body use stored fat for energy, which causes weight loss. The more stored fat your body burns, the more weight you lose, up to a point, which is why we want to make sure we maintain a healthy, balanced diet while we utilize portion control.
Keeping up with 1 week 1 change series. Pick your fav fat first option.
Believe me this is the best hack for weight loss and overall health. ✌️

Things to know about PCOS :
❤️The majority of people with polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) have insulin resistance or high insulin
❤️High insulin is both a symptom of PCOS and an underlying physiological driver
❤️Testing for insulin resistance can be helpful to rule out other conditions that are commonly misdiagnosed as PCOS
Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) sounds like it’s exclusively a disease of the ovaries, but it’s not. While PCOS does affect the ovaries and ovulation, it’s actually a full-body endocrine and metabolic disorder that is closely tied to insulin resistance.

If you stroll through the supplement aisles of your local pharmacy, you are sure to find a large number of omega-3 options on the shelves. Because of all the benefits it provides, you also may have heard about this powerhouse supplement from your doctor. In fact, they may have discussed omega-3 deficiency symptoms with you at your last visit.
In recent years, omega-3 deficiency has come into the limelight. Researchers now encourage medical professionals to consider it when looking at a patient’s symptoms and complaints. Often, the symptoms of an omega-3 deficiency mimic other concerns like low iron or calcium, so the omega-3 problem can slide under the radar. The symptoms can be significant, however, and can impact your health for the worse without you realizing it.
What are Omega-3s, and Why Do They Matter?
Omega-3 refers to a group of three fatty acids that our bodies need that come from animal and vegetable fats. These are the “good fats” you hear about from the doctors and nutritionists. The three types of fatty acids in this group are the following:
❤️Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): This acid comes mainly from plant oils, and our bodies cannot manufacture it. We must consume ALA in our food or supplements to get proper amounts. Flaxseed and soybeans are examples of plants that contain ALA.
❤️Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): This acid derives from animal fats and is critical to neurological and cardiovascular health.
❤️Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): The longest molecule of the three acids in the omega-3s, DHA comes from animal sources and is also essential to brain and heart health, even in fetal development.
For good health of ovaries, here are important nutrients you must have:
❤️Vitamin A: helps the ovaries begin meiosis, the
type of cell growth used to produce eggs
❤️Vitamin C: helps in follicle development & attacking free radicals which damage ovarian cells.
❤️Omega 3 Fatty acids: maintain ovarian cell membrane health & help in implantation in uterus
Selenium: activates enzymes that produce antioxidants to protect ovarian health.
