Happy Eid Al Adha

Our Volunteers cleaned our campus today (04.08.2019) as a part of Swachhta Pakhwada an initiative by Government of India.Plastics, Waste papers and clothes were cleaned during the event.

Our Volunteers cleaned Doby pond at Neelangarai as a part of Swachhta Pakhwara along with Communitree today (03.08.2019).

Today our NSS volunteer R.KAVIPRIYA is celebrating her birthday by developing the environment through planting a sapling in presence of Head Of the Department of EEE

Our Volunteer J.Vikram of ECE 2nd Year Celebrated his Birthday by planting a Tree in his Department in presence of HOD of ECE Department.We wish our volunteer a very happy Birthday.

Our Dance team added one more feather to our Crown.Madras Craft Foundation Trust conducted it's fourth edition of DAM FEST in DakshinaChitra Museum.As a part of DAM FEST they conducted Folk Dance Competition.In that two teams,One from boys and another from girls of our unit participated and won the best performance award.

Madras Craft Foundation Trust was conducted fourth edition of DAM FEST-2019(non profit event which focusing 10 aspects of sustainability-Art, craft, culture, design and so on) in Dakshina Chitra Museum.

Our college dance team from NSS(Boys & girls) has participated in the dance competition. Our boys team has started with the energetic performance(Traditional paraai aatam) followed by girls team, that mesmerised the audience and judges with delightful performance(traditional ooyil aatam, karakattam, paraai, koolattam).

Our college NSS Volunteers were awarded for best performance in a folk dance.

Under the Guidance of our Managing Director Dr.Regeena Jeppiaar and with the presence of our Principal Dr.G.Venu Gopala krishnan & with the Guidance of our Program Officer Mr.Haston Amit Kumar our volunteers along with Yuva Shakthi an Youth welfare association organized an event named Young Martyrs Commemoration Yesterday (22.03.2019).
We conducted competition like paper presentation,poem writing and quiz competition and awarded pizes for winners.

Day 6

We cleaned all the Temples in and around the village and conducted Team building activities.

JEPPIAAR NSS UNIT invites you all for the Intra College Poem writing Competition and paper presentation Competition.

Day 5
We conducted Sports day on Union School,Manampathy.

Day 4
We conducted Awareness rally in around village and awareness Mime on bazaar street

Day 3
The volunteers cleaned and renovated in and around the school campus and our volunteers cleaned the bazaar area and hospital

JEPPIAAR NSS UNIT's 7 day special camp (28.02.19 - 6.03.19) titled YOUTH FOR CLEAN INDIA started under the guidance of Dr.Regeena J Murali, (Chairman and Managing Director, Jeppiaar Group of institutions), Dr.G.Venu Gopala Krishnan(Principal, Jeppiaar Engineering College) and the NSS Program Officer Mr. Haston Amit Kumar at Manampathy village, Thiruporur, Kanchipuram

Day 1
This program was inagurated by Mr. E.Perumal (Police Inspector) who motivated us by very good speech.Then the volunteers took Survey all over the village by interacting with the village people about their basic needs.

The volunteers cleaned and renovated in and around School campus and Busstop

Happy to share that, our students won second prize in MIME in the 69th Anniversary of Geneva Conventions organised by Indian Red Cross Society.

Special congratulations to our
volunteers for securing SECOND place
in mime At 69th anniversary of Geneva
Convention celebrations held at Indian
Red Cross. In which 38 colleges from all over the city competed. Special thanks to Bala sir of ECE Department (YRC).

Yesterday (26th July 2018) we conducted a blood donation camp along with Madras Medical College and M.G.R Medical University. More than 100 students donated their blood.
