All India Nepali Scheduled Castes Association, Central Committee, Darjeeling ,representated by President Buddhabir Sarki filed a case for defamation and damages before the the Civil Judge( Sr.Div) , (District Court Darjeeling) and the District Court has been pleased to restrain the said Razat Tamang , his men and agents from making any slanderous or libelous imputations with intent to defame the Nepali Scheduled Castes community.
