Upon taking a radiograph ☢️ of the same, we were stunned to see the situation.
⭕A broken file
⭕Very immature and poor obturation
⭕Poor crown cutting
⭕No proper pulp extirpation

We highly recommend that everyone of us needs to keep one thing in mind that is the patient's faith and trust upon us.

If something can't be done, we can definitely say NO or maybe just refer the patient to another professional. No amount of ego or self respect is harmed doing this.

We at TUSK DENTAL CARE recommend that third molars are molars to be extracted in most cases if any defect occurs and we do it by very professional methods and with a team of disimpaction surgeons.

Oops we couldn't record the uppers but well, here are the lower cuttings! RCT done and crown preps sent to the lab for fabrication of individual PFM units.
I believe making individual units is much better since they can be taken care of individually later if any problem occurs, otherwise a bridge is completely compromised in terms of strength and monetary ways.

An old patient visited TUSK DENTAL CARE for the correction of upper and lower anterior teeth and surprisingly he had all the knowledge about how a root canal 📍is done and how crowns 🦷 are placed and was very willing to go through whatever it takes! Made our jobs pretty easy 😅 counseling the patient does takes a lot of time and all of that was saved in this patient.

A challenge that we had to face during this treatment plan was the mal-alignment of the upper arch which proclined more towards the left and the centre line was not easy to match with the lateral bending

This patient came to the TUSK DENTAL CARE office with her two central incisors missing and wanted to go for cost effective treatment for replacing her missing teeth.
A zirconia based four unit dental bridge was planned which very well suited the patient's budget.

Lab prepared units came just in time within one day saving major time which is a main concern for a lot of patients since their past experience has made them wait for 5-6 days at other clinics, for crowns to be delivered.
We understand everyone works differently but we try to deliver the best.

A patient in her late thirties came to us with a missing lower third quad anterior and wanted to get a closure done. A three unit PFM unit was planned which was in accordance with patient economic balance since that plays a very important role with every patient we treat at our centres so that nothing is a burden and getting dental treatments done is a fair deal.

The result.
The patient has severe fluorosis hence the stains which are further planned to be treated.

Follow up to our previous post, this is the actual patient dentist with a missing first quad incisions CI, a three unit bridge was planned and cemented to achieve closure.

The patient came into the TUSK DENTAL CARE office with a poor anterior composite restoration done in the upper central incisors which also got stained over time. A re-restoration using shade guide and composite fillers was done delivering a beautiful result and thus the patient was very happy about the entire experience.

Amazed at how much we learn from our daily practice! An excellent example of how small problems turn out to be huge when not addressed on time and this tooth shows the same.
What appears to be a little pit from above turns out to be a huge underlying defect approaching pulp and sharp continuous pain to the patient.

The patient is much relieved after a pulpectomy procedure and no more complaints of pain or sensitivity.
