Job responsibilities for the post of -Procurement Specialist, (Experience in )

·Review Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor List, NMR’s, Inspection Assign Package (IAP), Material Receiving Report (MRR), Manufacturing Data Book (MDB), Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) and other Project Record Books, EDMS data deliverables submitted by Project Contractors to ensure that all project related Materials and Documents are complying with YASREF/Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard and YASREF/Saudi Aramco Materials System and Specifications, and Vendors are as per YASREF/ARAMCO PMAVL and RVL.

· Expedite delivery of materials in timely manner with Project Contractor/Vendors, inspect and physically check for compliance all delivered materials at site.

· Follow-up and coordinate with Project Contractor all the Weekly, Bi-weekly, monthly submittals of material reports such as Expediting Report, MR/PO Status Report, Commissioning and Start-up Spare Parts List and Capital Equipment List..

· Review and approve Contractor’s Monthly Progress Notification Report/Material Invoice and check thoroughly the veracity of all the relevant documents to ensure Contractor’s claim and payment of material is in accordance with Project Contract Schedule C.

· Work and coordinate among other PMT Discipline Engineers on issues relevant to project materials.

·Participate in weekly construction meeting to tackle any Procurement and material issues which could trigger delays and cost deviations to project milestone and participate in Project Close-Out activities.

Aramco Approved Heavy Steel Fabrication Facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia engaged in the manufacturing of Skids, Process Equipment (Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Boilers), Piping spools and Structural steel urgently requires the following permanent positions .

1. Estimation Engineer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of generating MTO from GA drawings & Data Sheets
• Estimation of fabrication of Structural Steel, Steel Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Steel Pipe Spool, Skid Packages
• Familiar with international codes and fabrication requirements
• 5-10 years’ Saudi experience in Steel Fabrication preferably in Aramco Projects

2. Mechanical Design Engineer- Static Equipment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should be conversant with analysis & design using softwares (AME Tank/ E Tank, PV Elite, CEASER, Nozzle Pro) related to static equipment.
• 5-10 years’ experience in the design of Pressure Vessel, Columns, Tanks and Heat Exchangers preferably in Aramco Projects.

3. Structural Design Engineer- Steel Structure
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Should be conversant with analysis & design using softwares (Staad Pro V8i, RAM Connection, FDN 3D, ETABS, TEKLA) related to Steel Structure.
• 5-10 years’ experience in the design and detailing of Steel Structure, Civil Foundation Design preferably in Aramco Projects

4. Procurement Engineer with experience in steel fabrication
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should be expert in the procurement of raw materials and consumables of Steel fabrication Company
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the procurement of raw materials and consumables of Structural Steel, Pressure Vessel, Tank, Piping, Heat Exchanger and skid packages for Aramco Projects
