Beasn Chilla with Cottage cheese Filling.
Recipe-
For Chilla batter-
Mix besan with water.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add coriander leaves in batter.
Leave batter for 15-20 mins.
For Filling-
Take grated cottage cheese (paneer).
Add salt and pepper.
Add coriander leaves.
Onion can be added(optional)
Take a non stick tawa/pan.
Brush with desi ghee.
Put the batter on it and let it cook from.both side.
Put the filling inside and fold it in half.
Serve with green and imli chutney.

Ingredients-
1 cup of chopped watermelon
½ cup of filtered water
½ of a frozen banana

So here I am sharing the actual amount of water you need for weight loss.
If the intake is less you feel dehydrated and crampy, get fatigued easily.
If you are exceeding the water limit you will feel bloated.
So the formula is-
Your body weight (in lbs)*0.5=ounces of water you require per day.
To convert ounces into litres you can divide it by 34.
Once you get the amount of water required in litres, you can keep a check of your water intake by the help of standard 1 litres bottles easily available in India.
