In case of internal rotation of tibia, do check the popliteus muscle. The TFL apart from being abductor/internal rotator of the hip, it also externally rotates the tibia via the IT band in propulsion phase. Using NKT directional testing protocol, we can able to determine that TFL can be inhibited by the popliteus. Facilitated popliteus rotates the tibia internally. Just because something is tight, doesn't mean we have to release it. Figure out why it is tight?

The middle trapezius is an important scapular stabilizer along with the lower trapezius, lat and Serratus anterior. A weak or underworking midtrap can result in rounded Shoulders from overworking pecs and limit range of motion. NKT often finds pecs minor and major overworking and midtrap underworking.
