Graphic Alert!

The first Dog was reported today from Rani. The location was too far from us. Luckily, on our request (special thanks to you) went to the location and rescued immediately and sent the Dog to our Shelter. It was an accident case, you can see the damage in the photo attached below. Provided the required treatment but the condition of the Dog is too serious, he has lost almost all his blood. Doctors are not sure whether he will even survive the night or not.

The second Dog is rescued from Bishnupur. The Dog met with an accident and as a result his right eye popped out. His surgery is scheduled this coming Monday.

Today, we've already spent 3000 for the first case (1500 fare + 1500 clinic charge). For the second case, it will cost at least 4k, including post-care medications.

We urge everyone to donate whatever amount you can. Even the smallest contribution can make a difference. Please open your heart and donate.

❗❗Update on the Dogs rescued from Pet Love Foundation. ❗❗

Few individuals are currently claiming ownership of the dogs that were rescued from the Pet Love Foundation on November 4, 2023.

This is to notify everyone that we cannot release the dogs to anyone until their treatment is complete and the legal proceedings are concluded. Even after that, we will assess whether to surrender the dogs, considering their current poor condition.
Unfortunately, out of the five dogs we rescued, two have already succumbed due to their severe condition.

During their time at Pet Love Foundation, these dogs were chained for 24 hours without food, water, or treatment, and no one claimed them.

Now that they are rescued, they are no longer chained and are receiving the necessary care, including food, water, love, and most importantly, medical treatment that they should have received earlier.

We kindly request those few people not to engage in unnecessary arguments, as we are not releasing any dogs at the moment.

Update 1 (11th November, 2023): The 4th Dog Mini who was suffering from Babesia and Epilepsy has passed away.

--------------

Update on the 5 Dogs rescued from Pet Love Foundation.

We immediately did Bloodtests of all the Dogs after rescue, all Dog's haemoglobin ranges from 3 to 6 and all the Dogs are suffering from Babesia and on top of that -

1) First Dog (Tiger): We suspected ascites as his stomach was bloated but after an USG it came to notice that he's not suffering from Ascites but rather the Vets has suspected Thyroid. We did a thyroid test too and got the reports today.

2) 2nd Dog (Ganga): She's suffering from Babesia and her Haemoglobin is only 3. She is undergoing Babesia Treatment.

3) 3rd Dog (Jack): He's also suffering from Babesia and treatment is undergoing.

4) 4th Dog (Mini Brown): Her condition is the worst among all, her Haemoglobin is only 3 plus she's completely malnourished and she is getting Epilepsy attack frequently.

5) 5th Dog (Browny): Babesia treatment going on but showing CD symptoms now. So we have started CD treatment too. Condition is not that good.

These two cases were rescued yesterday, you can see the severity of their conditions, which led us to take immediate action hence we couldn't say NO.

The first case (Black and White Dog) found on Kahilipara TV Tower road after being hit by a vehicle, resulting in a completely broken jaw.

The second case (Brown Dog) rescued from Gandhibasti after a train accident, causing the loss of one leg.

Both the Dogs are in critical condition, and we have started their treatment.
The first dog has shown slight progress today by ceasing to bleed.

Your support is crucial for their treatment. We urge you to donate—any contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference.

Yesterday, we received these videos of a shelter in Guwahati named "Pet Love Foundation," which is run by Rohan Kalita. In the videos, we observed five dogs that had been abandoned by the shelter owner, Rohan Kalita. These dogs were hungry, thirsty, and deprived of proper food, water, and medical care. They were kept chained 24/7, and the shelter appeared unhygienic, as can be seen in the videos. Additionally, we got to know that initially, there were around 20 dogs, but one by one, they all died, leaving only 5 dogs alive, that too in poor condition.

We conducted blood tests for all 5 dogs, and the reports were not good.

Today, we took legal action by filing a First Information Report (FIR) against Rohan Kalita.

We successfully rescued the remaining 5 dogs from his shelter and brought them to our facility.

Currently, we are making every effort to rehabilitate these dogs and restore them to good health. Please reach out if you are interested in adopting or sponsoring the treatment for any of these 5 dogs.

This dog was rescued from Nalbari. He had met with an accident about a month ago, which left him paralyzed for life.
Upon receiving the dog, we also noticed that he was suffering from Canine Distemper (CD).
We immediately started his treatment, and we are hoping for a quick recovery.

Today, we rescued an elderly dog in Rajgarh who had been in an accident. The impact was so severe that his eye had popped out of its socket. He had been in this condition for a few days, but no one had offered to help until a kind person noticed him and informed us.

We immediately took the dog to Khanapara Veterinary. The dog requires surgery, and the total cost, including post-care medications, will be around ₹4000.

While we are already taking care of numerous cases and cannot take on more, we receive such cases daily that we cannot turn away. We are doing our best to help these animals, and we kindly ask for your support to cover the costs.

Could anyone please consider sponsoring the surgery cost or contributing any amount so that we can reach our target?

Kindly open your heart and donate for him.

Raise your hand to help the voiceless.
Support us.
With Us
Please read the post; don't ignore.
1. We are facing a shortage of funds compared to the number of cases reported to us daily.
2. Our helping hands have been limited to specific cases. The situation is so dire that we are on the verge of shutting down rescues.
3. We not only lack funds but also need volunteers.
4. Only rescuing and dumping in the shelter is not the solution. The real task of treatment begins after the rescue, which is the most crucial part.
5. We don't have a doctor who provides social service. We need to pay them. Additionally, we require supplies, medicines, testing, etc., which are not free in the market.
6. This is why we are calling out to donors who can donate or help to some extent, even minimally, on a monthly basis.
7. People also complain that we don't answer calls or respond. This is because we lack volunteers, and keeping paid staff for such tasks is not possible due to a shortage of funds. We have only two paid staff members to look after more than 50 dogs.
Please think or feel for yourself how can just 2/3 people can prepare 2 time meals, clean, and care for over 50 animals all alone.
8. Our ambulance is not in working condition. We need funds for that too. If anybody can help with minimal services in this regard, we will be grateful. Currently, for every rescue, we have to use private autos, which is an additional burden on us.
9. People complain that many dogs run away from our shelter. This is due to a lack of proper amenities and facilities. We are helpless. Only with sufficient funds can we build proper walls and fencing.
10. We are paying monthly electricity bills of ₹12,000 to ₹13,000.
11. We require 12 kg of rice and 5 kg of chicken daily for two meals.
12. We understand that in this materialistic world with high prices, people are already burdened with their own family responsibilities. But we request everyone to join hands and come forward to help the voiceless with a small contribution of ₹100 monthly without fail, which will be of great help for us to assist those in need.
Once you agree to donate, you commit to contributing ₹100 per month, regardless of any personal or professional issues. We will provide full details of rescues and receipts.
Please think about the needs of the poor voiceless animals and come forward with just ₹100 per month.
Your ₹100 can save many lives.
For instance, if only 100 people come forward, we can save two more animals in need.
Those who are willing to contribute and interested, kindly WhatsApp with your Name and Address on the given number.
We will create a WhatsApp group to update and report on every rescue, treatment, and bills in detail. But, most importantly, we need lifelong contributors of ₹100 till the organization is working for animal welfare.
So we request only serious and dedicated contributors who can provide ₹100 per month without fail to contact us.
If you save ₹100 a month for us, we can save 10 more animals in need.
# us to help them
# us to save them
# to give them a second life
Be with us so that we can continue our work.
♥️♥️ Also, we will be very happy if anybody is willing to volunteer physically or extend their social service to help look after the shelter on any day of the year (daily, weekly, or monthly basis) for some time. For example, taking a dog for treatment to the vet from our shelter in your responsibility. ♥️♥️
Thank you in advance.

Just look at the condition of this dog. How can we say no to this case? We wonder how this dog went unnoticed for so many months.

Today, we rescued this dog from Zoo Road. The condition is the worst that can be seen in the video.

The dog has cancer wounds all over her body, and her va**na is filled with maggots. Additionally, there is a tumor, almost 3kgs in size, dangling from her stomach.

The maggots have been cleaned, and treatment has been started. We will get the blood reports tomorrow, and then we will start her cancer treatment.

We will need sponsors for this case. Kindly open your heart and contribute whatever you can.

Just rescued this dog from Panjabari. He has a large wound infested with maggots. Since there was no available vehicle to transport him, we attempted to take him on a scooty, but he kept jumping off repeatedly. Thanks to Niharika Sinha who assisted us at this time. Together, we picked him up and kept him in our shelter. We cleaned the Maggots and treatment has been started.

We're in need of a sponsor for his treatment. If anyone can sponsor or donate, please do so:

This dog was reported by Monalisha Bayan from Ghoramara Kalimandir. Although we are currently unable to take on new cases due to our existing cases that we are currently treating, we could not ignore this particular case.

The dog is malnourished, has severe neck swelling, one eye damaged, leg broken and is also suffering from cancer. The Dog is suffering a lot, this may be due to a Human Abuse.

Today, we took the dog to Khanapara Veterinary where approximately 1.5 liters of pus was drained from its neck. The chances of survival for this dog is very less, but we are doing our best to help.

We are seeking sponsors for the dog's treatment. Can anyone contribute any amount to support this cause?

Rescued this abandoned Spitz from Kharguli a few weeks ago. His leg had an injury, and he was extremely aggressive. The leg injury is now cured.

We immediately sterilized him. He now allows us to touch him, but he is very depressed. He needs a loving home that can provide the love and care he requires.

Shelters are not suitable for such breed dogs. If not adopted, he will soon get sick.

Please consider adopting him. 🙏

Remember this abandoned Labrador that was rescued from Pandu?

His skin condition was improving, he was eating well, but he suddenly fainted yesterday.

Today, we took him to the vet. His blood reports show he has a hemoglobin level of 3.9 and is also positive for Babesia and Ehrlichia.

We also conducted LFT and KFT tests, and we will receive the reports tomorrow.

Now, he will undergo treatment for both Babesia and Ehrlichia, and as many of you may know, the treatment is quite costly.

We are in need of sponsors for his treatment. Today, we have already spent ₹3,000 on his bill.

Could anybody please sponsor his treatment or contribute something so that we can continue his care?

This dog was reported by .kashyap6497 , and he was kind enough to bring the dog to our shelter since we had no volunteers for rescue.

The dog has a huge cancerous tumor in his ge***al area, which has been growing rapidly. The dog cries out in pain while urinating.

Blood tests have been conducted, and the first dose of chemotherapy has been administered.

The dog will need at least a month to recover and at least three more chemotherapy sessions.

We are seeking sponsors for his treatment, which will cost around ₹3000 to ₹4000, including medications.

Could anyone please consider sponsoring his treatment? If yes, the donation details are provided below:

Another accident case has been rescued from Narengi.

This case requires amputation surgery, and the dog is infested with thousands of ticks all over his body, so we are doubting Babesia too.

Although we weren't prepared to take on more cases, but this dog was in an extremely critical condition, and was roaming in this state for the last 3-4 days.

We are seeking your support for his surgery, which is estimated to cost around 4,000 rupees, including post-care medications.

Could anyone please consider sponsoring his surgery cost or making a donation, no matter the amount, to help reach the target amount?

Hello, everyone!

We are still taking in such cases. Below are videos of 5 dogs that were rescued yesterday and today with the help of Hamid Da and Sinha Da, as we currently lack members who can assist with rescues.

All these 5 cases were drenching in rain. Unable to get up and fully paralyzed.

Out of the 5, 2 are cases of canine distemper (CD), and 3 are accident cases.

Most people are aware of the costs associated with treating such cases. Despite having long pending bills, we continue to accept these cases because we don't want these voiceless animals to die on road untreated.

We are doing our part. Can you all help us by making donations for these cases, please?

Kindly open your hearts and contribute. The amount doesn't matter; even your smallest contribution can help us provide treatment for these voiceless beings.

Please consider donating.
