This is what the last 2 days have been like! Thank you for your love and faith!

Loved doing this one all the way... for a little baby boy turning 2... started with a sugar cookie calling out 2 with a bang and then onto the chocolate cake with chocolate ganache!!! Here’s love and passion rolled into a cake 😊

The life cycle of a baked cheesecake... presenting the classic baked New York Cheesecake... first the untopped avatar... a personal favourite... moving on the images of the same topped with whipped cream and fresh Alphonso rosettes... Need we say more as we bid adieu to Alphonso Mangoes😊

Some of my recent bakes this lockdown... would have never imagined I would bake so many cakes!!! Top to bottom Mango gateaux with fresh Alphonso mango, chocolate cake(basin is Sally’s triple chocolate cake with sour cream)with dark chocolate ganache with a fence of Italian ladyfingers, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and handmade chocolate toppers and last but not eh least chocolate mudcake with dark chocolate ganache in a Mason jar on the side 😊

Lockdown diaries... this entire time of the lockdown gave me an opportunity explore things I had been wanting too and yesterday was another such day...baked this Fresh mango gateaux for a teenager for her birthday on special request... so much fun creating it!

Well it’s been a busy time for us here in Gurugram with all the baking to help people celebrate through the lockdown! So glad to have been able to bring some happiness and joy into people’s lives 😊
