Pool parties are a popular and fun way to beat the heat and enjoy some quality time with friends and family during the warmer months. Keeping this in mind, a fun Pool Party Bash was organized for our little Presidians at the premises of Barber Black Sheep Salon. The kids enjoyed the party, bubbling with excitement and enthusiasm in their colorful swimsuits, splashing water at their friends and playing together.The party began with fun activities, music, and dancing in the shower. Their excitement was clearly visible on their faces and in the spark of their eyes. After the party, the children recharged themselves with snacks. This activity was not only about fun but also about teaching children to take care of their belongings, dress up, and comb their hair.

A drawing and coloring competition is a popular event that brings together individuals of different ages and skill levels to showcase their artistic abilities. The objective of the competition is to encourage participants to express their creativity and imagination through drawing and coloring. It also aims to promote art as an essential tool for personal growth and self-expression. Summers can never be complete without a good feast on delicious mangoes. It was a sweet, juicy morning for the tiny tots of Presidium when they delightfully entered the school premises to celebrate the season of the king of fruits - MANGO. The school premises were decorated in yellow to celebrate Mango Day with sheer enthusiasm. The Presidians shared and relished various varieties of mangoes, followed by an assortment of exciting activities to learn about the nutritional value and health benefits of mangoes. As the day reached its end, the children left with immense pleasure in their hearts, besides a sweet satisfaction that this event will be cherished in their little minds for a long time.

On account of Mother's Day, we organized and celebrated the day with lots of love. The celebration was a resounding success, filled with moments of joy, love, and heartfelt connections. The day featured wonderful performances by our talented children, showcasing their creativity and love for their mothers. The various activities planned for the day brought smiles and laughter to everyone's faces, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Our pampering session for mothers was a special highlight, offering a well-deserved break and appreciation for their endless love and care.

Presidium organized an on-the-spot painting competition, aiming to ignite imagination and provide a platform for innovation, exploration, and aesthetics. The hidden talents of the students were truly reflected in their drawings. All Presidians eagerly participated in the competition, showcasing not only their academic excellence but also their ability to shine through creative expression. The young participants wove magic with their artwork, captivating the hearts, minds, and souls of the audience and unleashing powerful emotions within.

Getting into a fancy dress costume and enacting a character enhances a child's emotional and social development. At Presidium, we understand that emotional development is the foundation of all development. A child begins role-playing in their early years and continues throughout their life. Fancy dress allows children to step into a character and act out real-life roles or fictional performances. It is entirely child-led and encourages children to explore, investigate, and be creative. By investing in themed props and equipment, it becomes a fun way for little ones to learn about different professions and day-to-day life. An awe-inspiring fancy dress activity was organized at Presidium, where our tiny toddlers displayed their creative and dynamic sense of style. Their vibrant and colorful fruit costumes were in harmony with their adorable speeches.

Aptly articulated that, administration comes easy to a person endowed with the fine art of public speaking, who adorns common thoughts with the grace of elocution, and the elegance of style. These famous words lingered on in the minds of all those fortunate enough to witness the elocution competition at Presidium. The participants exhibited perfect nuances and finer points that go into making a public speech interesting and captivating. The self-confidence of the Presidians was praiseworthy, and the entire faculty was truly moved by the efforts and hard work collated by the students.

In order to provide opportunities for independent learning to each child, Presidians were encouraged to participate in two activities – the dissection of a flower and the observation of capillary action in the stem. During the former, students separated and examined each part of the flower to fathom its function. Regarding the capillary action of the stem, they observed and learned about its function in transporting water to the flower. It was delightful to see how Presidians engaged with great passion in these activities and developed a better understanding of the concepts.

To acknowledge and appreciate the tireless efforts and dedication of our support staff, the management of the Presidium School organized a fun-filled celebration for them in honor of Labour Day. Exciting games were arranged to promote team building and camaraderie among the staff members. The activities and games significantly boosted their morale and fostered a sense of unity and collaboration among them. We are truly grateful for their unwavering commitment and hard work within our school community.

The Presidium community came together to celebrate International Dance Day. Students showcased their radiant talent through various dance styles, featuring solo and group performances that highlighted their hard work and dedication. The school's dance club presented a stunning finale, blending different styles and rhythms. Everyone present at the event was inspired by the power of dance to bring people together and enjoyed the vibrant performances, applauding the participants' enthusiasm and energy.

Leadership is undoubtedly the capacity to translate vision into reality. Education combined with leadership qualities helps young minds to overcome insurmountable difficulties and become great leaders. To instill these attributes in Presidians and give them a sense of how the administrative body functions, voting for the school cabinet was conducted on campus. The students’ enthusiastic and zealous participation in the voting process marked a triumphant conclusion to Presidium’s endeavor to catalyze the aforementioned in them.

Presidians came together on Earth Day to participate in a Plantation Drive, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. This initiative aimed to instill a sense of responsibility towards our planet and its resources among students.To celebrate Earth Day and sensitize children about the effects of climate change on Mother Earth, an Inter-Cub Collage Making Competition on the theme "Effects of Climate Change on Monuments of India" was conducted in order to encourage creativity, innovation, and artistic expression.
To apprise Presidians about the importance of Earth Day and provide them with a platform to showcase their exceptional public speaking skills, an Elocution Competition on the theme "An Initiative to Make the School a Plastic-Free Zone" was held, as well. The annual event successfully concluded, fostering confidence, creativity, and effective communication among students.

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Presidians presented a Street Play titled 'We The People of India.' The aim of the play was to spread awareness about the social and political rights of the citizens of our country and also to provide insight into the life of the illustrious son of India, Dr. Ambedkar. The presentation invigorated the spirits of the students and teachers alike with optimism and dynamism, motivating the former to understand that rights come with responsibility. The celebration turned out to be an enlightening affair, culminating in the acknowledgment that to become responsible citizens, it is our duty to ensure that we follow certain rules.

BAISAKHI EXTRAVAGANZA AT PRESIDIUM

In order to mark the onset of the harvest season, Presidians conducted a special assembly to celebrate Baisakhi. The assembly commenced with a prayer expressing gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon humankind by the Almighty. Students shared the origin, importance, and significance of the festival, subsequently followed by the recitation of beautiful poems on Baisakhi. Additionally, they sang a sonorous group song and concluded with a foot-tapping 'Bhangra' group dance performance, all decked up in vibrant traditional Punjabi attire.

To mark a joyous beginning to the exciting journey of student life, Presidians were welcomed affectionately in school campus, accompanied to the class with a lot of love and care.With the aim of rejuvenating students’ energy and ushering them back into the groove, primary teachers organized a plethora of thrilling activities and games throughout the day, during which they collaborated and set classroom agreements. The day turned out to be a fulfilling time of bonding with teachers and making new friends, culminating with the acknowledgement of the belief that the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

The students of Presidium, proved their mettle through their stupendous performance in the 34th Delhi State Taekwondo Championship organized by Taekwondo Federation of Delhi. It was a proud moment for Presidium, where our talented students came up stronger than the rest. Adding more jewels to the bounty of acknowledgement, their feats of accomplishments motivated all Presidians to do better and achieve success. The winners, their parents and teachers received appreciation from the Head of the School for this glorious achievement.

In order to acquaint Presidians with various scientific concepts, they were made to engage in activities related to the same domain in school premises. This endeavor aimed to enable students to gain hands-on experience in the aforementioned, catalyzing the enhancement of their scientific knowledge and aptitude. These activities included experimentation with saltwater and lemon, lemon volcano, among others. This initiative successfully culminated in fostering curiosity and subsequent interest, enabling Presidians to continuously strive towards acquiring scientific learning.

Presidium recently hosted the Ad Mad Competition, where students showcased their creativity and marketing skills. The event saw teams producing innovative advertisements and presenting full-fledged marketing plans within a 1-2 minute timeframe. Judges evaluated the ads based on content, audience engagement, product highlights, and overall presentation. This competition not only fostered Presidians' understanding of advertising and promotional strategies but also provided networking opportunities with industry professionals.

Dedicated to commemorating the cosmic dance of creation and the marriage of Lord Shiva to Goddess Parvati, Presidians showcased captivating performances during the school assembly. These included dances, songs, skits, and artwork, all centered around Lord Shiva. The students' talents were highlighted through expressive storytelling, melodious singing, and vibrant creativity, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. The assembly culminated with the acknowledgment of its role as a catalyst in celebrating the students' dedication, creativity, and reverence for Lord Shiva, while also successfully disseminating the festival's teachings of the victory of good over evil and encouraging inner transformation through self-realization.

From actively indulging in thought-provoking discussion with distinguished personalities to demonstrating their talent in various competitions, Presidians left no stone unturned in capturing attention with their unwavering commitment and dedication. From outstanding oratory skills to mesmerizing dance performances, each accolade served as a testament to their hard work and passion, thus ushering in a positive representation for the Presidium community.

Presidians delve into the captivating world of Mathematics. Through various activities, they not only unravel the mysteries of numbers with dienes blocks but also acquaint themselves with the secrets of measurement using pan balances. Additionally, they explore the practical usage of money in daily life. This session culminated with the acknowledgment that Mathematics isn’t merely a collection of abstract formulas; it fosters creativity and instills a mindset of critical thinking in the face of challenges.

Presidians celebrated National Science Day with great zeal and pride for our nation’s achievements in the field of science. Students of Grade-III presented a harmonious music performance, showcasing the evolution of Science from ancient times to the recent launch of Chandrayaan through role play. They also enabled acknowledgement of the significance of National Science Day through their impressive speeches and thoughts. Besides, the aforementioned, a beautiful dance performance was also staged to inspire our young Presidians and instill pride in them for our country as well as for those working for progress in the realm of Science.

Commencing with lamp-lighting and an invocation of Goddess Saraswati, the citation ceremony of the graduating Presidians was nothing short of spectacular. Besides notable figures, the event was graced by the presence of Hon. chairperson, Mrs. Sudha Gupta, who elevated the event with her profound words and acknowledged the students with personalized citations unique to their talents. The flawlessly coordinated occasion was marked by delightful performances and speeches from students, thus culminating with blessings for the outgoing batch.

CELEBRATION OF FAREWELL CEREMONY- EMBRACING NEW BEGINNINGS

While bidding adieu to cherished school memories, the farewell ceremony of class XII Presidians turned out to be a poignant affair, radiating talent, nostalgia and the promise of navigating uncharted but bright territories ahead. During this celebration, Grade XII students showcased their talents through ramp walk and exceptional presentations. Congratulations to Ms. Anubhuti Mittal and Mr. Yash Jain for earning the titles of Ms. Presidium and Mr. Presidium, respectively. The heartfelt performance of the students, along with their warm welcome by XI grade conveyed the sentiment that endings are not the ultimate conclusion but a dawn of new beginnings in life, thus overwhelming the Presidium family with a plethora of emotions.

United in the vibrant spirit of the nation, Presidians celebrated the essence of Republic day with immense respect. The patriotic fervour displayed by them filled the hearts of the entire Presidium fraternity with wealth of pride and joy.

Presidian Kinza Rahman has earned recognition by winning the Best Representative award at a Marketing competition hosted by Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). In a field of college participants showcasing their potential, she distinguished herself through exceptional marketing knowledge and skills. This accolade not only underscores Kinza's commitment to excellence but also enhances the reputation of our institution.
