We all generally think how do these Celebrities gain and then lose weight so easily??

1. Chew your food 32 times. This is the most important , whatever you are eating chew it 32 times.
2. Eat more of raw fruits and veggies.
3. Drink atleast 3-4 litres of water.
4. Workout atleast 5-6 times a week with combination of strength Training, resistance training and yoga.
5. Select food items that are rich in fibre as they keep you full for longer time.
6. If you are on your weight loss journey then eat
only home cooked food.
7. Last but not the least, have your dinner last by
7pm.

2. GOING IN WITHOUT A PLAN
As a beginner do make your fitness plans in advance and start your fitness journey under an expertised fitness and health coach.
3. GIVING IN TO YOUR EGO
Stop looking and comparing yourself to your fellow partners. Look at them just for motivation and just put in your best. No one will judge you so listen to your body and work accordingly.
Being in the fitness industry from more than 7 years I have learned various fitness forms like yoga, zumba, kickboxing, martial arts, weight training and many more. I try to pass on whatever knowledge I have to my clients to help them live a healthy lifestyle.

Being a yoga and fitness trainer I always have to plan and schedule what all workouts have to be done the next day depending on the physical and mental health of the clients.

Never ever thought of becoming a fitness trainer but on my weight loss and health recovery journey I saw there were very very less female trainers due to which people like me hesitated to interact with male trainers.
Also the batches were overloaded and not everyone was looked and paid proper attention.
This motivated me to go ahead , do few certifications and courses in yoga and zumba.
So that I can help other females struggling with their health issues and I always prefer to form small batches so that I can focus on each and everyone.

Fitness and yoga session if done in the morning gives a kick start to your day and that's why I personally like my this particular session. Also it has a very beautiful combination of cardio, strengthening, abdominal toning and yoga.
