प्रिय पालक,

जिन पालकों ने अभी तक अपने बच्चों की फ़ीस जमा नहीं की है उनमें से कुछ लोगों को जब ऑफिस द्वारा फ़ोन किया जाता है, वो कई बार फ़ोन करने पर भी फ़ोन उठाते नहीं हैं और ना ही वापस फ़ोन करते हैं| इतना ही नहीं, अगर गलती से कभी फ़ोन उठ भी जाए तो बहस करते हैं और जो नहीं कहना चाहिए वो कहते हैं|

आप सबको यह बताया गया है और आज फिर बताया जा रहा है कि जो तारीख आप फ़ीस के लिए देते हैं, उस तारीख से पहले विद्यालय आपको फ़ोन नहीं करता| पर आपके द्वारा दी गयी तारीख पर फ़ीस जमा करना आपका दायित्व है और फ़ोन करके फ़ीस मांगना विद्यालय का अधिकार है| फ़ीस मांगते समय विद्यालय की कमियां बताना सही बात नहीं है उसके लिए समय समय पर हर महीने PTM होती हैं| फ़ोन करने पर अप्रिय भाषा का उपयोग करना, स्टाफ से बहस करना, ये स्वीकार्य नहीं है|

कई बार ऐसा होता है कि आप किसी कारणवश बहुत आगे की तारीख बताते हैं तो विद्यालय उस बात को समझता है पर उसकी भी एक प्रक्रिया है जिसमें आपको आकर एक कागज़ पर साइन करने होते हैं| ऐसा कहने पर भी कुछ पालक बहस करते हैं| यहाँ फ़ीस देने की बात नहीं है सिर्फ कागज़ पर साइन करवाने के लिए इतनी बातें करनी पड़ती हैं|

ये सबको पता है और फ़ीस की हर रसीद पर छपा भी हुआ है कि विद्यालय की फ़ीस तीन किश्तों में जमा होती है- पहली 15 अप्रैल तक, दूसरी 15 सितम्बर तक, तीसरी 15 दिसंबर तक, और हर इन्सटालमेंट से पहले सबको एक मेसेज भी भेजा जाता है, फिर भी कई लोग ये बहस करते हैं कि हमको नहीं पता, और ये वो पालक हैं जिनके बच्चे कई सालों से पढ़ रहे हैं| नियम के अनुसार लेट फ़ीस लेने का भी प्रावधान है पर आपकी सुविधा को देखते हुए विद्यालय ने कभी भी ऐसा नहीं किया है| तो आपसे भी अनुरोध है कि आप इस बात का सम्मान करें|

अगर आप नहीं चाहते विद्यालय आपको बार बार फ़ीस के लिए फ़ोन करे तो आप फ़ीस समय पर जमा कराइए ताकि आपको और हमको परेशान होना ना पड़े|

विद्यालय सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार चलता है और आपसे भी यही अपेक्षा की जाती है कि आप विद्यालय के नियमों का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन करें अन्यथा कोई भी विद्यालय आपके बच्चों को पढ़ाने में समर्थ नहीं हो सकता|
