"Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience"
With this theme of World Environment Day 2024, we VSPIANs from Vijayanagar organized Environment Day in our school. The main aim of this program was to increase awareness among students about the conservation of nature. A small cultural event was organized by the students on this special occasion. The principal, Mr. Parmesh Halgeri, gave a speech on what role the environment plays in our lives and why it is important for people to take initiative to save the planet Earth. The Principal administered the special pledge for the students and staff; announced a revolutionary oath that whoever will be absent for school in the month of June will have to plant the saplings on the school premises on the following date. Then, as a special march, students and teachers created awareness among the public. Finally, the Principal, staff and students planted saplings around the school compound.

The school reopening ceremony for the academic year 2024-25 took place on 27th May 2024 with great zeal and excitement. Vidya Soudha team made special efforts to welcome the students and create an inspiring atmosphere with the gracious presence of the Principal Mr. Parmesh Halgeri.
The school premises were beautifully decked up to welcome the students. New staff were welcomed to the team. The Principal addressed the students and administered the oath of the school for the academic year. The entire program was meticulously compered by all educators of Vspian family, who ensured the smooth flow of the event.

Orientation to the academic year 2024-25 for 9th and 10th fresh batch at Vidya Soudha Public School Vijayanagara, Hassan. Mr. Parmesh Halgeri, the Principal. VSPS, Vjn introduced the curriculum to the parents and students. Mrs. Padmashree, the Principal, VSPS, Bengaluru ICSE, gave useful insights and cleared the doubts of parents and students regarding academics.

Training programs can help prepare employees who are moving into higher roles and taking on more responsibilities in an organization. These programs will help them learn the skills that are required to function effectively in their new positions. One such effective workshop was given to the staff at VSPS VJN by Ms. Jaya Girish Manager-Product training and Marketing (South India), Collins Learning India.

On top of the world! Victory never tasted so sweet, and champions are made of moments like this. Winning isn’t everything, but it sure feels good. Each school follows different rules to impart values like cooperation, honesty, and victory among students. Our school also believes in instilling values in students. Therefore, the school has segregated the students into various groups. In our school, we have four houses named Agni, Akash, Prithvi, and Jal. Among these four houses, we conducted several competitions, like sports events, bulletin board arrangements, group songs, group dances, and fancy dress competitions.
As a result of all these competitions, the winners of the house championships 2023–24 are Akash House. Runners up are Agni House. Congratulations to everyone!

We are very proud and immensely happy to share the achievement of our students from VSPS VJN Hassan. Master Vihaan V T and Master Monish Patel of grade 7th secured 1st place in category-I (QUIZ) and Master Nithin Shetty and Master Gowtham Gowda K V secured 2nd runner up in category-II(QUIZ) SCIENTIA -2024 which was conducted by Science association of MCE Hassan.

A Science exhibition is a platform where creativity , innovation and knowledge converge. It showcases a diverse array of scientific experiments , models and projects. This event encourage students , scientists and enthusiasts to present their inventions to a wider audiences. VSPS VJN organized SCIFARI on 24th Feb 2024 to felicitate the science talents of our school children. The chief guest of the program was Shri H D Ananda Rtd Group Director, SPROC system , who have contributed immensely in the field of science.
The school assembly hall was turned into a exhibition room, nearly 400 models were displayed. Our parents and children from near by school were invited to see the exhibition. Many spectators who came to see the exhibition , gave a positive feedback and appreciated us. Overall the science exhibition was a great success.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 22/2/2024 ಗುರುವಾರ ರಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾಸೌಧ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿಯವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಿರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಪರಮೇಶ್ ಹಲಗೇರಿ ಸರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಆದ ವಿಜಯ ಅಂಗಡಿಯವರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಯ್ದ ಹಲವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಪಡೆದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಸುಂದರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಯ್ದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃಂದದವರು ಸಹ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.

“Training is necessary for toughness.“. Practice is the hardest part of learning, and training is the essence of transformation.
The teachers of Vidya Soudha Public School, Vijayanagara, attended the workshop on "the importance of improving communication among students," which was held on Saturday, February 17th, at the school premises.
The way Ms. Kruthika, the trainer, began the session and steered it towards the topic of discussion was very candid, and it is an amazing skill. And through the conversation, she made us understand how effective it was.
The diction was great, and the moderate speed of talking was wonderful. Thank you so much, madam, for spending your valuable time with us.

In the face of terror, we stand together and remain determined to fight against such awful acts. Pulwama will always remind us to stay strong against terror. Pulwama is a sad part of our history, reminding us of the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers. We will always remember their bravery.

A picnic is an event where people go outside with their friends and family to enjoy the day and the place. We had organized a one-day picnic for grade 1 and grade 2 children at Dweepa Resort in Shettihalli, Hassan. It was a wonderful, adventurous picnic, both for children and teachers.
On the day of the school picnic, the children all arrived at school on time. After attending the school prayer, all walked near the school bus. Around 11:00 am, children reached their destination. For most of the children,it was their first visit to the resort, so it was a great experience.After a few hours of fun, the children were served lip-smacking food. After enjoying lunch with everyone, we all went to the pool. All the students and teachers danced together, played together, and enjoyed themselves together throughout the picnic.

A memory lasts forever.Never will it die...true colleague, stay together.and never say goodbye. Team outing is one such aspect that ensures that employees of a team, a particular department, or sometimes the employees of an entire organization, depending on its size and requirements, go out of their regular work schedule and organize some fun and out-of-the-box activities where employees participate actively.We had a great time at KADUMAKKI RESORT SAKLESHPUR, the big outing last Sunday. Thanks to everyone who came out to support the team! I think they really enjoyed themselves and got a lot out of it. It was a fun atmosphere, and I hope we’ll do the same again next year.

India witnesses a wave of national pride on January 23 every year. The nation commemorates Parakram Diwas on this day to honour the legendary freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's birth anniversary.

Greetings on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day of India. Commemorating the adoption of the constitution of India, the country transitioned to a republic, which came into effect on January 26, 1950.On January 26th, chief guest Hav Mohan Kumar B C, 202 Engr Regt Course CEIJ CNRB, ADO,WT DZonka Language Hassan, inaugurated the event.
On this occasion, many children performed cultural programs, and a Cyclothon was held in order to create awareness about Republic Day and its importance among students and teachers at VSPS VJN.
