A perfect combination of Rice ( carbs) Sambhar and pappu and rasam (Protein),green leafy vegetable add in dal to make pappu enhances the flavour and iron content of dal ,a root vegetable (Beetroot)and one chutney made up of green leaf gongura adding fiber to the meal with curd and buttermilk giving perfect calcium and protein..
and to top it up eat it with friends helps to digest food well😄😃😀

2 idli (70 gm)with 1 cup sambhar( 50 gm )and 1 tbsp chutney
