Water keeps every system in the body to function properly.. one should always stay hydrated irrespective of the temperature outside...
*Benefits of Drinking Water*
Water has many important functions such as -:
- Carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cell .
- Flushing bacteria from your bladder
- Aiding digestion
- Preventing constipation
- Normalizing blood pressure
- Cushioning joints
- Protecting organs and tissues
- Regulating body temperature
- Maintaining electrolyte (sodium, potassium) balance.
*How much water one should drink ?*
Its is recommended that any normal
healthy person should drink approx *3 litre water* in a day .
Even a healthy person's water needs will vary, especially if you're losing water through sweat because you're exercising, or because you're outside on a hot day. u can have more than normal water intake .
For people with some medical condition -
If you have certain health conditions, such as thyroid disease or kidney, liver or heart problems; or if you're taking medications that make you retain water such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), pain medications, and some antidepressants then kindly consult with doctor about your water Intake....
*What happens if you dont drink enough water?*
If you don't drink enough water each day, you become dehydrated.

*What is Perimenopause??*
Perimenopause is the transitional period before menopause... During perimenopause, levels of estrogen, a key female hormone, start to decrease. You may begin having menopause-like symptoms, such as hot flashes or irregular periods.... Perimenopause can last for years. When you go a full 12 months without a period, menopause has begun.
It usually starts in your mid-40s, but it can start earlier... Completing menopause before age 40 is called premature menopause.
*Symptoms*
The symptoms vary, but most people experience at least one of the following symptoms:
* Irregular periods or skipping periods.
* Periods that are heavier or lighter than usual.
* Hot flushes (a sudden feeling of warmth that spreads across your body).
* Vaginal dryness and discomfort during s*x.
* Urinary urgency (needing to urinate more frequently).
* Sleep problems (insomnia).
* Changes in mood like irritability, depression or mood swings.
*Weight gain specially around Waistline and lower body.
*How to diagnose?*
Get the test done to check the level of Estrogen hormone or (follicle stimulating hormone) in your body .
*What can be done to manage perimenopause symptoms at home?*
* Eat a diet full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats.
* Perform weight-bearing exercises like strength training.& resistance training which will help in maintaining bone density.
* Improve sleep hygiene by avoiding screens and doing relaxing activities before bed.
* Limit alcohol and caffeine.
* Practice meditation or other stress management techniques
* Lose weight if indicated. Weight loss reduces hot flushes and night sweats and improves your energy level.

Bloating is a feeling that your stomach feels uncomfortably full. Or bigger than usual. you have tummy pain or discomfort. your tummy is rumbling or making noises.
Some people describe bloating as a feeling that they have a balloon in their belly
*Causes of Bloating*
1. Excessive intestinal Gas
2. Intolerance to some food
3. Less Physical activity
4. Lack of sleep
5. Stress
6. Side effect of some medication
7. Less intake of water
*How to deal with it*
1. Keep yourself Hydrated
2. Increase your physical activity level ( exercise)
3. Have a good sleep of 6-8 hrs
4. Avoid food items which you are intolerant to.
5. Lead a stress free life
6. Add veggies and fruits in your meals
7. Avoid taking processed and salted food.
8. Include carom seed / coriander seed /fennel seed water in your daily intake.
