Root canal treatment for kids teeth
# Pulpectomy is the name given to root canal therapy for baby teeth.
# This is required when decay or injury to a tooth has caused infection of the nerve.
# The aim is to keep the tooth until the correct time for it to fall out.
Space maintainer
1) Keep The Adjacent Teeth In The Correct Position
2) Encourage The Proper Eruption Of Permanent Teeth
3) Reduces The Need For Other Orthodontic Treatment
4) Maintains Proper Bite Alignment
If your child loses a baby tooth prematurely, they may need a space maintainer to keep their teeth aligned while waiting for their permanent teeth to come in.
Whether by a fall or an accident, many kids lose a tooth before their permanent tooth is ready to erupt. When this happens, a space maintainer is needed to keep the space for teeth.
A space maintainer will make sure that the teeth around the space do not shift
