How to make blue tea
To make this tea, put one cup of water in a pan and boil it. After heating it, put 3 to 4 Aparajita flowers in it and let them boil. After a boil, turn off the gas. Now, strain the tea into a large cup. Add one spoon of honey to it and consume it warm. You can also enjoy the drink as it is if you like.

It's cauliflower leaves , normally people throw away and give it to the animals for their feed but next time don't throw the leaves and make this vegetable.

Very rarely schools take initiative like this for the future youth to remain healthy.
Had an opportunity to meet the principal Mr panday and he has a vision and the mission to make a lot of changes in the health of the students.

How many of us read the label of foods we buy I come across so many clients saying that we don't consume sugar but when I take the recall diet in that I come to know how much sugar one is consuming in a day unknowingly.

Have you ever got excited seeing a vegetable I don't know about you but i really get so excited and happy to see a rare vegetable in the place I stay (Jamnagar So the other day my vegetable vendor bought for me Phodshi it is a green leafy vegetable available in the region of Maharashtra during the monsoon season. It has a small white part at the bottom with long green leaves attached to it which are around 1 feet in height. This vegetable is not cultivated, but it grows on its own during the rainy season.
Before you ask me, "How does it taste?" I found it very similar to Palak or Spinach greens. It has a bit of an earthy taste but if you are a leafy vegetable fan, just like us and love exploring different ingredients, do not miss your chance of buying these beauties from your local market.

Water spinach has long been one of my favorite vegetables since I was a child.
water spinach is rich in nutrients. It is an excellent source of protein, fiber, vitamin A and C, iron and calcium.
Lower cholesterol level: A study conducted on rats found that water spinach consumption help lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Treatment for liver and jaundice: Ayurvedic medicine has been using water spinach for treating liver and jaundice problems. Research shows that this vegetable’s extract can protect against chemical-induced liver damage because of its detoxification enzymes’ modulation, antioxidant and free radical scavenger effects.
Help in treating anemia: Young water spinach is loaded with iron, making it beneficial for anemic people and pregnant women that need to include iron in their diets. Iron is vital for the production of hemoglobin.
Help treat constipation and indigestion: Water spinach has a high fiber content, which helps in digestion and alleviates various digestive issues. Boiled spinach juice helps relieve constipation.

Thepla Can Do Wonders For Health
India is the land of culture and traditions. There are many factors that make our country a unique one when compared to other parts of the world. You will find variety in everything here, be it language, ethnicity or food. Every state has its own special dishes .Gujarat speciality is thepla and you can innovative it to make tacos and make fillings with paneer and salad leaves .
Ingredients
1 tablespoon oats flour
1 tablespoon barley flour
2 tablespoons soya flour
1 tablespoon chopped methi leaves
A pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons curd
Oil to cook
Paneer 1/2 cup
Salad leaves
Onion 1/4 cup
Tomato deseeded1/4
Green chillies
Lime juice
Salt to taste

Read this post and add these in your diet to help to cool your body and save yourself from sunstroke.
Keep these points in mind
Avoid going out in the sun, especially between 12.00 noon and 3.00 p.m.
Drink sufficient water and as often as possible, even if not thirsty
Wear lightweight, light-coloured, loose, and porous cotton clothes. Use protective goggles, umbrella/hat, shoes or chappals while going out in the sun.
Avoid strenuous activities when the outside temperature is high. Avoid working outside between 12 noon and 3 p.m.
While travelling, carry water with you.
Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee and carbonated soft drinks, which dehydrates the body.
Avoid high-protein food and do not eat stale food.
If you work outside, use a hat or an umbrella and also use a damp cloth on your head, neck, face and limbs
Do not leave children or pets in parked vehicles
If you feel faint or ill, see a doctor immediately.
Use ORS, homemade drinks like lassi, torani (rice water), lemon water, buttermilk, etc. which helps to re-hydrate the body.
Keep animals in shade and give them plenty of water to drink.
Keep your home cool, use curtains, shutters or sunshade and open windows at night.
Use fans, damp clothing and take bath in cold water frequently.

Toddy palm rich in minerals and vitamins, sugar palm fruits are a healthy option for people on diet or suffering from diabetes. It is a rich source of vitamins B and C, iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, thiamine, and riboflavin.
Make this drink
1 cup milk
2 tender toddy palm fruits
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 th TSP cardamom powder
1 tsp green pista powder
Method
Boil the milk with sugar and allow it to cool .wash the toddy palm fruit and remove the outer skin .
One toddy palm cut into a fine piece and the other one into a smooth paste and add in the cool boiled milk.
Mix together and add green pista powder as topping
Enjoy this summer drink .
