→ drugs, etc. It helps the practitioner to realize and visualize God within one's own body. It includes two things to be done by any seeker :

1) Chanting of the Sanjeevani Mantra :
Chant the Sanjeevani Mantra given by Gurudev Siyag as much as possible while doing the daily activities -
→ anytime,
→ anywhere, and
→while doing anything. The Mantra should be chanted mentally, without moving the lips and tongue, just as we read books silently. Listen to the Sajeevani Mantra :

2) Meditation :
Meditate for 15 minutes each in the morning and evening preferably on an empty stomach.

--- Method of Meditation ---

1. Sit in a comfortable position.
→ You can sit cross-legged on the floor or sit on a chair or lie down in case you are unwell to meditate.

2. Look at Gurudev Siyag's picture for a minute or two until you remember the image.
→ Then silently pray to Gurudev Siyag, "Help me meditate for 15 minutes." You can choose a time-limit according to your convenience, for eg., 5 / 10 /12 /… minutes.

3. Now close your eyes and visualize Gurudev Siyag's image at the place between your eyebrows (also known as the Third Eye).

4. While focussing on Gurudev's image at the Third Eyespot, repeat silently (Chant) for 15 minutes the Sanjeevani mantra given by Gurudev Siyag.

5. Automatic Yogic Movements: During meditation, you may experience certain yogic postures or movement of limbs, swaying, nodding of head, rapid movement of head from left-to-right or vice versa, inflating or deflating of belly, clapping, grunting, moaning or laughing can happen in many cases. Do not panic or worry. These Yogic movements happen involuntarily and are ordained by divine force as they are needed for your internal cleansing and readying you for further spiritual progress.
→ You may also experience vibrations, see bright lights, colors or even have visions or revelations of the past and future events. These are indications that you are progressing well on the spiritual path.
→ However, if you do not experience any yogic postures or see visions, it does not mean that are not making progress. In all probability, the divine force awakened in you has perhaps decided that you don't need these experiences at this time.

6. You will notice that your meditation will come to an end exactly when you reach the time limit you had set prior to starting the meditation.

गुरुदेव सियाग सिद्ध योग आराधना की एक सरल विधि है।

ये योग तीन प्रकार के रोगों को ठीक कर सकता है –
→ शारीरिक रोग,
→ मानसिक रोग एवं
→ देवीय रोग.

इन तीन रोगों के बाहर इस संसार में कोई रोग नहीं है।

सभी प्रकार के रोग जैसे
→ कैंसर,
→ एड्स,
→ हेपेटाइटिस,
→ गठिया,
→ अवसाद,
→ भय इत्यादि एवं
→ सभी प्रकार के नशों जैसे शराब, अफीम, तम्बाकू, सिगरेट इत्यादि से पूर्ण मुक्ति संभव है।

ये योग साधक को ईश्वर की प्रत्यक्षानुभूति एवं आत्मसाक्षात्कार करवाता है। इस योग का अंतिम उद्देश्य मनुष्य को मोक्ष की प्राप्ति करवाना है अर्थात मानवता का दिव्य रूपांतरण करना है।

इसमें साधक को दो कार्य करने होते है -

१) मंत्र जप :
गुरुदेव सियाग की दिव्य वाणी में सुने गए संजीवनी मंत्र का सघन मानसिक जप करना अर्थात बगैर होठ- जीभ हिलाए जैसे हम अख़बार अथवा कोई पुस्तक पढ़ते है।

ये ध्यान रखे कि इस मंत्र का २४ घंटे अधिकतम जप करना है चाहे आप कुछ भी कर रहे हो जैसे -
→ कोई कार्य कर रहे हो,
→ गाड़ी चला रहे हो,
→ सो रहे हो, अथवा
→ कही भी हो जैसे ऑफिस में, रसोई में, स्नानघर में इत्यादि।

२) ध्यान करना :
साधक को प्रतिदिन सुबह-शाम खाली पेट 15 मिनट गुरुदेव सियाग का ध्यान करना है।

1. सर्वप्रथम आरामदायक स्थिति में किसी भी दिशा की ओर मुँह करके बैठें।

2. दो मिनट तक सद्गुरुदेव श्री रामलाल जी सियाग के चित्र को खुली आँखों से ध्यानपूर्वक देखें।
→ यदि आप किसी बीमारी, नशे या अन्य परेशानी से पीड़ित हैं, तो गुरुदेव से, उससे, मुक्ति दिलाने हेतु अन्तर्मन से प्रार्थना करें।
→ अब गुरुदेव से 15 मिनट के लिए ध्यान स्थिर करने की प्रार्थना करें।

3. उसके बाद आंखें बन्द करके आज्ञा चक्र (भोंहों के बीच) जहाँ बिन्दी या तिलक लगाते हैं, वहाँ पर गुरुदेव के चित्र का स्मरण करें।

4. इस दौरान मन ही मन गुरुदेव द्वारा दिए गए मंत्र का मानसिक जाप बिना जीभ या होठ हिलाये करें।
→ ध्यान के दौरान शरीर को पूरी तरह से ढीला छोड दें, आँखें बन्द रखें, चित्र ध्यान में आये या न आये उसकी चिन्ता न करें। मन में आने वाले विचारों की चिन्ता न करते हुए मानसिक जाप करते रहें।

5. ध्यान के दौरान कम्पन, झुकने, लेटने, रोने, हंसने, तेज रोशनी या रंग दिखाई देने या अन्य कोई आसन, बंध, मुद्रा या प्राणायाम की स्थिति बन सकती है, इससे घबरायें नहीं, इन्हें रोकने का प्रयास न करें। यह मातृशक्ति कुण्डलिनी शारीरिक रोगों को ठीक करने के लिये करवाती है।
→ यौगिक क्रियाऐं या अनुभूतियां न होने पर भी इसे बन्द न करें। रोजाना सुबह-शाम ध्यान करने से कुछ ही दिनों बाद अनुभूतियां होना प्रारम्भ हो जायेंगी।

6. समय पूरा होने के बाद आप ध्यान की स्थिति से सामान्य स्थिति में आ जायेंगे।
