Happy to file another fresh writ petition today. As gazetted officers, they were compelled to face this unjust treatment, as outlined. I am appearing on behalf of the 20 petitioners who are the government polytechnic college lecturers of the WBGS Cadre, who were appointed as Presiding Officers for the 2024 General Election, against Election Commission guidelines. Despite their Group A status, they were assigned polling duties without justification. The Chief Electoral Officer's circular exempts officers who has payscale over Rs. 8000, but they were disregarded. Despite representations to the District Election Officer, no action was taken, leading to the filing of Writ Petition WPA/11957/2024 against the Respondent authorities.

I'm thrilled to share a recent victory on behalf of my client, Mr. Monoranjan Sardar!In a case of unexpected and unjustifiable billing, Mr. Sardar faced a staggering electricity bill totaling Rs. 1,28,648 from WBSEDCL, despite minimal consumption. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy of meter readings and fairness in the billing process. After drafting a detailed representation letter outlining the discrepancies and advocating for fairness, I'm delighted to announce that WBSEDCL has acknowledged their fault and rectified the bill! 🙌 Mr. Sardar's bill has been adjusted to a fair and reasonable amount of just Rs. 7568. 💡

✔️✔️AIBE-XVIII Results Released: Important Details to Note✔️✔️

The results for AIBE-XVIII have been officially released, marking a significant moment for candidates who appeared for the exam. As per the announcement, candidates can now access their results by visiting the AIBE website and navigating to the Registration link for AIBE-XVIII. Upon entering their login credentials, candidates will be able to view their outcomes.

It's worth noting that the result calculation was adjusted due to the withdrawal of 7 questions, resulting in a total of 93 questions being considered instead of the initial 100. For General/OBC category candidates, the passing mark is determined as 45% of 93 marks, which rounds up to 42 marks. Similarly, for SC/ST/disabled category candidates, the passing mark is calculated as 40% of 93 marks, rounding off to 37 marks.

However, candidates who submitted alternative documents in place of the Enrolment certificate will face a delay in receiving their results. These candidates are required to send their enrolment certificates to the designated email address, [email protected], by April 10, 2024. Subsequently, the results for these candidates will be declared by April 15, 2024.

রোজ ভ্যালি গ্রুপের অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য আমানতকারীদের জন্য নোটিশ। কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের আদেশ সম্পদ নিষ্পত্তি কমিটির ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী 11 মে, 2015 তারিখে মাননীয় কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশের সাথে সম্মতিতে, সম্মানিত বিচারপতি (অব.) শ্রী দিলীপ কুমার শেঠের নেতৃত্বে সম্পদ নিষ্পত্তি কমিটি (ADC) গঠিত হয়েছে। কমিটিকে রোজ ভ্যালির বিনিয়োগকারীদের আমানত ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য কাজ দেওয়া হয়েছে। অতিরিক্তভাবে, আদালতের আদেশের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে, কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট 21শে সেপ্টেম্বর, 2023 এর মধ্যে একটি ওয়েবসাইট তৈরি করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে, যাতে অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য আবেদনগুলি আমন্ত্রণ জানানো এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য সরবরাহ করা যায়। সম্পদ নিষ্পত্তি কমিটি (ADC) 18 মার্চ, 2024-এ আরও নির্দেশ জারি করে। এই নির্দেশাবলী অনুসারে, ওয়েবসাইট www.rosevalleyadc.com চালু করা হয়েছে। আমানতকারীদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে তাদের ফেরত আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। এই সংক্রান্ত একটি নতুন বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয়েছে। আপনারা সকলে বিস্তারিত তথ্য জমা দেওয়ার জন্য উক্ত ওয়েবসাইটের পদ্ধতি মেনে চলার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। আবেদনগুলি পর্যালোচনা এবং যাচাই করার পরে, সেই অনুযায়ী অর্থ ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে বলে বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়েছে।
