ഈ ദിനങ്ങളിൽ സമുഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ കൊട്ടി ആഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടുകയും ചർച്ച് ആക്ടിന്റെ വക്താവായ "പ്രമുഖ "വക്കീലിന്റെ ഇടപെടൽ മൂലം വിവാദവത്ക്കരിക്കപെട്ട ഒരു നുണക്കഥയുടെ നേർക്കാഴ്ച്ച.......
എന്തായിരുന്നു ആ കേസ്.?
ഇടവക കല്ലറ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിന് രണ്ടര ലക്ഷം രൂപ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് .
പ്രസ്തുത വിവാദത്തിന്റ സത്യാവസ്ഥ എന്ത്?
മരണത്തോട് കൂടി സെമിത്തേരിയിൽ എല്ലാവരും സമന്മമാരാണ്. ഈ ഒരു ചിന്താഗതിയോടു കൂടി 2018 ജൂലൈ 29 ാം തീയതി ചേർന്ന ഇടവക അജപാലന സമിതിയിൽ കല്ലറ നൽകുന്നത് നിരുത്ൽസാഹപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും പകരം അറകളും കുഴികളും പ്രോത്ൽസാഹിക്കാമെന്നും ഐക്യകണ്ഠമായി തീരുമാനമെടുത്തു. എന്നിരുന്നാലും ഇടവകയിലെ ആരെങ്കിലും നിർബന്ധ ബുന്ധിയാൽ ശാഠ്യം പിടിച്ചാൽ മാത്രം ഒരു ഉയർന്ന തുകയായ രണ്ടര ലക്ഷം രൂപയക്ക് കല്ലറ നൽകാമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു.ഇത്രയും ഉയർന്ന തുക തീരുമാനിച്ചതിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം കല്ലറയെ പൂർണ്ണമായും നിരുതൽസാഹപ്പെടുത്തുക എന്നതു തന്നെയായിരുന്നു.
കല്ലറ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിൽ പ്രായോഗിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടോ?
ഉണ്ട്, സ്ഥലപരിമിതി മൂലം പല ക്രിസ്തീയ ദൈവാലയങ്ങളും കല്ലറയെ നിരുത്ൽസാഹപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.പ്രസ്തുത സംഭവം നടന്ന ഇടവകയിൽ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സ്ഥലപരിമിതി ഒരു പ്രധാന വിഷയം തന്നെയാണ്.അതുമല്ല മുൻകാലഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ അനുവദിച്ച പല കല്ലറകളും അവശ്യത്തിലധികം സ്ഥലം ഉപയോഗിച്ചതും സ്ഥലപരിമിതിക്ക് കാരണമായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

എല്ലാ കത്തോലിക്ക ഇടവകളിലും പ്രയോഗികതലത്തിൽ പ്രധാന തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നത് ഇടവക വികാരിയോട് ചേർന്ന് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന അജപാലന സമിതിയാണ് (പള്ളിക്കമ്മിറ്റി ). അജപാലന സമിതി ഭൂരിപക്ഷ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ എടുക്കുന്ന തീരുമാനം പിന്നീട് ഇടവകയിലെ പൊതു സൂഹത്തെ അറിയിക്കുകയാണ് പതിവ്.
കല്ലറയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തിൽ ഈ നടപടിക്രമം പാലിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ?
തീർച്ചയായും, 2018 ജൂലൈ 29 തീയതി ചേർന്ന അജപാലന സമിതി ഐക്യകണ്ഠേന ഈ തീരുമാനത്തിൽ എത്തുകയും പ്രസ്തുത തീരുമാനം 2018 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 5 തീയതി ഞായറാഴ്ച്ച കുർബാന മധ്യേ ഇടവക സമൂഹത്തെ അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അജപാലന സമിതിയുടെ മിനിറ്റ്സിന്റെയും ഇടവക അറിയിപ്പ് ബുക്കിന്റെയും പകർപ്പുകൾ ഇതിനൊപ്പം ചേർക്കുന്നു.
ഈ അറിയിപ്പ് ഇടവക സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള എതിർ അഭിപ്രായം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടോ?
ഇല്ല ,യാതൊരു തരത്തിലുള്ള എതിർ അഭിപ്രായം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല എന്നതു മാത്രമല്ല, പ്രസ്തുത തീരുമാനത്തിനു ശേഷവും പലരും കല്ലറയ്ക്ക് ഉയർന്ന തുക നൽകുവാൻ സമീപിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും ഇടവക വികാരിയും അജ പാലന സമിതിയംഗങ്ങളും നിരുത്ൽസാഹപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്നതും വാസ്തവമാണ്. ഇത്തരം നിരുത്ൽ സാഹപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾക്ക് ശേഷവും കല്ലറ വേണമെന്ന നിർബന്ധബുദ്ധിയിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് കല്ലറ അനുവദിക്കേണ്ടതായി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.
കല്ലറ വിഷയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ ഈ തീരുമാനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് പൂർണ്ണ ബോധ്യത്തോടെയാണോ സമീപിച്ചത്?

ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽമ്മേൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള പരാതി വിഷയമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ നൽകിയട്ടുണ്ടോ? അതിന്റെ തുടർ നടപടികൾ എന്തായിരുന്നു?
ശവസംസകാര കർമ്മത്തിനു ശേഷം ഒരു മാസ കാലയളവിനു ശേഷം പരേതയുടെ ആത്മശാന്തിക്കുവേണ്ടി നടത്തിയ കുർബാന കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള കാലയളവിൽ ശാസ്താംകോട്ട പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ പരാതി നൽകുകയുണ്ടായി.ഇതിന്റ നടപടി തുടർച്ചായി നടന്ന അന്വേഷണത്തിലും ലഭ്യമായ തെളിവുകളുടെയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഇടവക അജപാലന സമിതിയുടെയും വികാരിയുടെയോ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നോ യാതൊരു വിധ അന്യായ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ നടന്നിട്ടില്ലന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിനെ തുടർന്ന് കേസ് തള്ളിപ്പോവുകയുണ്ടായി.
തളളിപ്പോയ കേസ് ഇത്രമാത്രം വിവാദവത്തിരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതിനു പിന്നിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാഹ്യശക്തികളുടെ ഗൂഡ ഇടപെടലുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടോ?
നാമമാത്ര ക്രിസ്ത്യാനിയാണെങ്കിലും ചർച്ച് ആക്ടിന് വേണ്ടി ഘോര ഘോര അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ തൊടുത്തുവിട്ടു പ്രമുഖനാകാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കുപ്രസിദ്ധ വക്കീലിന്റെ നടപെടിലാണ് ഈ വ്യാജ പ്രചരണത്തിന് പിന്നിൽ, വിരലിലെണ്ണാവുന്ന അണികൾ പോലുമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു സംഘടനയ്ക്ക് ആളെ കൂട്ടാൻ വേണ്ടി നടത്തുന്ന ഗൂഢനീക്കങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമാണിത്.
ഇത്ര മാത്രം സമൂഹ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ അവഹേളിക്കപ്പെട്ട സംഭവത്തിൽ ഇടവകയുടെ പ്രതികരണമെന്ത്?
