You should have adequate physical activity to decrease heart stroke risks said a cardiologist who stays in hospital 12hrs per day without any week offs.

You should take diet on time to prevent acid peptic diseases said the gastroenterologist in the OPD to his last patient before his lunch break at 5pm.

You should restrict doing more work from your second trimester said the obstetrician to the patient in her opd with her 32weeks fundus.

You should breast feed your child said the paediatrician who herself left her 1year old at her mom's home to attend her duties.

You should spend adequate time with your old age parents said the physician in his 60s at his hospital who stays there with patients for 10hrs a day.

You should have enough exposure of sun to build up good bones said the orthopaedic who comes to OT at 5am to start his back to back replacements,OPD and inpatient rounds and leaves by 9pm.

Not only these specialists,not only any specialists every doctor doesn't have adequate time for his/her personal care, family...the requirement from the patients is such that at the end of the day there are still decent number of patients who were unattended and untreated.
