Self Limiting beliefs

A limiting belief is a state of mind or false belief about yourself & the world which restrict you from doing certain things in pursing your goals & desires.

It could be anything related to you & the world
Like
▪️I am not good enough
▪️I am too old or too young for this
▪️I cannot achieve that
▪️I have tried enough
▪️I can’t help the way I am-it’s just the way I am made

✔️What limiting beliefs do you have about yourself
Sit with yourself
Write them down

✔️Ask yourself “what if I’m wrong?”

✔️Then ask yourself “how is this belief serving me?”
Generally, we hold onto these beliefs to protect ourselves from struggle or failure.

One of the prominent Hurdle towards a Successful Life is an Anxiety Disorder!!

could easily go unnoticed as people would take the sufferer as ‘Weak, Less social, or simply different or weird’

Person him/herself also usually accept anxiety as ‘Internal Weakness, Lack of Courage, Some Medical/Bodily issue’ among many other things.



1- Features baseless fears, worries.
Excessive concerns in day to day activities.
Overthinking & indecisiveness in Thought
Process.
Bodily complaints like Difficulty breathing,
Raised heart beat, dryness of mouth,
numbness in arms & legs, feeling as if ‘I am
going to die’.
