इस महापूजन में शामिल होने के लिए नीचे दिए गए गूगल फॉर्म लिंक को भर कर पूजा में शामिल होने की स्वीकृति दें । गूगल फॉर्म लिंक भरने के उपरांत आपको इस पूजा की तैयारी हेतु पूजा सामग्री की सूची तुरंत ईमेल द्वारा प्राप्त हो जाएगी । महापूजन के उपरांत 10:30 बजे के बाद अग्निकर्म द्वारा जोड़ों के दर्द का उपचार का प्रसारण होगा।

Dear friends,
In this time of panic and distress, it is my advice to stick to the guidelines and precautionary measures given by the government for the well-being of you and your family.
Here are some small acts of kindness which we can do for the betterment of society-
1)Ask your domestic helpers( maids, drivers etc) /office workers if they need any food items or other essential items to sustain for the next 30 days and provide them with whatever they require.
2)Look after street animals. You can give biscuits to dogs, grass to cows, grains for birds, feed them water.
3)If you can afford then please donate for masks, sanitizers and other medical equipments to public hospitals.

Do your part. Maintain social distance, wash hands frequently, stay at home, only go outside if it is necessary and wear mask when you go, dont hoard on food items.
Be compassionate for the unpreviledged and help them in any way possible. Each one of us, as a nation, has to be united, strong, and responsible to win this fight against COVID-19.

Junk,Processed and deep frized food.Dinner should be light or skipped.
Do not use air condition
Do not store more than required
Better stay healthy. Use this oppurtunity to detox
